Larry Birkhead is back on U.S. soil with his daughter, Dannielynn.
Birkhead just landed in Louisville, Kentucky via private jet. We're told Birkhead will spend time with his family, but will eventually return to Los Angeles.
The custody fight is not over. Birkhead must return with his daughter to a Bahamian court next month for a formal custody hearing. Virgie Arthur is the only obstacle standing in Birkhead's way.

34. I also saw Howard getting on the plane with baby stuff..maybe he was just helping put stuff on the plane and then got off before takeoff..

38. Howard obviously really loves this little girl, and we have to remember that it was Anna who didn't want Larry to be named as the dad, not Howard or anyone else. While I think he was a kiss ass who hung onto Anna's every thought, he must have had some feelings for her to have hung around for so many years. Virgie is another story, she's a loser and is a waste of air and with her fat ass she's also a waste of a huge space on this earth. Larry has shown he's also in it for the money. If he weren't he'd not rushed to sell pictures of this kid. She's being used at such a young age.

I didn't see HKS with them either~~~~~what would his reason~~~~he isnt a member of the Birkhead family, and Anna Nicole is dead, she's not around for him to leech onto. While it is a great gesture for HKS to be helping Larry out~~~now is the time for him to back off, too!!
