Larry Birkhead is back on U.S. soil with his daughter, Dannielynn.
Birkhead just landed in Louisville, Kentucky via private jet. We're told Birkhead will spend time with his family, but will eventually return to Los Angeles.
The custody fight is not over. Birkhead must return with his daughter to a Bahamian court next month for a formal custody hearing. Virgie Arthur is the only obstacle standing in Birkhead's way.

53. Welcome home!!!! I hope that Larry and baby have a nice visit with her "REAL GRANDPARENTS". Maybe there will be enough coverage of it so that V can take notes and learn what real grandparents are suppost to do.

Thank God for the safety of Larry and Dannielynn, and that they are back in the good old U.S. of A. Choose your visitors wisely Larry and make sure they remain just that VISITORS.......And that they know that they are just VISITORS. If you need help, hire it or use your family. If ANS couldn't stand her family there is a reason. God bless you both with good luck and happiness.
To Virgie.. get over your greed and quit calling it love. There is no love showing in your face. Nor was there when you were shoveling dirt over your poor daughter at the cemetary. I'm glad ANS did not see that. but Dannielynn will someday....I.don't think she'll be a grannies girl after she sees that....I hope you never get a dime of what belongs to Dannielynn and Larry. Maybe Splash will pay your bills.

57. The whole sad thing about this is in the months since Anna died, I think the press only got to see the baby once, now wait to see how often you will see her in some magazine. Anna might of not been all there some times, but I have a feeling she knew a lot about Larry to get away from him. And don't give me that BS about him not wanting her to take drugs, because he knew she was that way before he got that involved with her. I don't know if everyone else have started making some connections, but isn't it amazing how Larry sister and Ford Shelly is neighbor. I think Anna got in over her head with crew.

59. Larry.....Why is Stern still in the picture.....if you need legal advice, get a lawyer but not Stern.....he doesn't need to hold your hand. Break all ties with him NOW!!!! 60. I saw Howie getting on the plane but did he get off in Fort Lauderdale? There is not reason he should be in Kentucky. This is ruined a wonderful moment for me. Howard is doing the same thing he did to Anna. All the pictures of Anna had Howie standing in the background. Some things never change. This day should have been about Larry and Danni. Now its ruined because of that freak Howard. What a buzzkill. Now I have to watch the footage of Larry and Danni with Howie in the background. *pukes*. He will make this all about his pain. I knew when ET said they would have footage he was going to be on there. Dammit.
