Bullock to Obsessed Fan: Back Off Now!

TMZ has learned that Sandra Bullock filed a request for a restraining order in an Orange County Court to gain protection from obsessed fan Marcia Valentine -- who attempted to run over Sandra's motorcycle mogul husband, Jesse James.
Request for restraining order
In court documents, Bullock describes the recent horrifying incident in which Valentine made several attempts to run over Jesse with her Mercedes -- saying Valentine also allegedly trespassed onto their grounds, and that she entered the "property on several occasions, and threw numerous signs and other objects over their gate."

The request also asks for protection for Jesse's three minor children.

As TMZ first reported, Valentine was arrested early the next day by Orange County Sheriffs Deputies. Maria has since made bail and is awaiting her next court date.

36. Wino #23 - R U kidding me? I disagree with your statement that they're 'not cool because they ride motorcycles, and motorcycles are responsible for deaths and injuries?' You ride in cars, don't you? You could say the same thing. Bikes are safe in the right hands. If the PERSON ISN'T SENSIBLE, like this stalker, then anything can be dangerous. Jesse is not responsible for the fact that people ride motorcycles. Do you know how ridiculous that sounds? I was riding before James was born, ALONG WITH A FEW MILLION OTHERS. He did not create the motorbike, but while I'm here the environmental footprint is less than an automobile - you can ride a gazillion miles on a couple of bucks of gas...in Europe and other countries all over the world mopeds or small bikes are a sensible alternate mode of transportation verses say, big SUV's or Hummers...and Jesse in particular knows how to handle a bike responsibly.
You also say that Sandra stars in action movies or other Hollywood tripe that people waste countless hours on...what are you, the recreational free time police? People LOVE movies, and the escape they provide. After a hard day, people can do what they like to unwind. As for THEM being responsible for the media energy that creates these stalker types?!? Wrong, wrong, wrong. They put good entertainment out for people to watch or not watch. Period. This 'energy' is put out by...the media, to create stories and fill print space so that they have jobs. It's part and parcel of the spin off economy, and that's not a bad thing when not taken to excess. That's why you termed it 'MEDIA energy'. Fans reaction, civilized or whacko, is the RESPONSIBILITY OF THE FANS. Finally, if the 'media image they've created provides fertile ground to attract these nutjobs', it's a nasty byproduct of fame that happens with people who are not right in the head, due to other reasons but through no fault of these two, identify too heavily with stars and exist in a confused reality. They need medical attention, and I would more quickly find fault with these stalker's family/friends for not identifying and helping them before they hurt someone else, as they KNOW these people are not right.

I find Sandra Bullock's image to be a very sensible and grounded one comparatively; and all she and James were doing was being a married couple at home, minding their own damn business when this ill and deluded woman targeted them. This same kind of person has and does manifest in any type of work situation, i.e. workers 'going postal' or the vtech shootings; mentally unstable people don't need fame to frame their twisted handiwork. I find your thinking judgemental and green-eyed monstered. I have enjoyed every Sandra Bullock movie I ever watched, and think she represents the 'every girl' who isn't the greatest looking, but is still a cute girl next door type with spunk. She's a lot better image than some that are portrayed, but the key word here is 'portrayed'. Actors and actresses represent a cross section of all types that exist in our world, to tell a visual story. What the hell is wrong with trying to tell a visual story? Nothing. If we let the off balanced dictate what we do in this world, we'll all be sitting at home behind locked doors, and the freedom to live life doesn't win. Whewww. Could it be the 'wino' that has tainted your rational? The basic tenet of freedom means we don't let the sickos dictate how we live and what we do, or we're not free.
Point the finger where it should be pointed; at the people who commit these acts.

37. Is this lady another one of Jesse's employees that he fired because she would not sleep with him? I know of one on record, and the other one kept hush hush last year. Jesse is a dog, and I feel sorry for Sandra for falling into the situation, strange how they married right before he was accussed of another sexual encounter with an employee.
I am sure this lady might have her reasons for wanting to run over him....don't be easy to judge that she is the one physco and not Jesse.

38. Pattycake; Good Lord. It sounds as if you think that a woman who Jesse fired or fires for any reason therefore has a justifiable reason for trying to run him over?!? I quote you: "I am sure this lady might have her reasons for wanting to run over him". Uh, O-O-O-KAY then.........
We CAN judge that she is the one that's psycho, because SHE TRIED TO RUN HIM OVER! THAT IS PSYCHO BEHAVIOUR! That is breaking the law(s). If someone does something to you that you don't like, do you then decide that you have the right to assault or try to kill them?!? Whoa. Scary. Give your head a shake.

41. If someone needs hundreds of thousand of dollars for psychiatric treatment for thirty !!! years because someone as young and immature as they were binged them with an apple
in high school, then I dare say that they have other, far more pressing issues/ problems to deal with. Like, for instance, taking a negligable pfffft small incident like this and turning it into the reason/excuse why your whole life hasn't worked. What a bunch of pussies. I had worse done to me, and later talked to the 'transgressors" at the mall or reunions, and we laughed about it, apologized, and thought about the growth we all go through in the attempt to reach adulthood. High Schoolers are not yet fully formed.

44. OH Apple girl..do come out and play..that was the most fun I've had in awhile on this board.....Arlington sounds like there is more good dirt on Sandypants but I'm not sure if Arlington has been the victim of a drive-by fruiting lately. The very day Apple Girl was on here, the Wizard of Oz was on tv and the apple throwing trees caused me to fall on the floor laughing...please come back and play...unless you are summoning the flying monkeys to get to Sandy's house pronto.....

45. Uh-huh you fat repulsive cows are just lying in wait for poor ms. general, as if you didn't already throw her to the ground. You want to rub her face in it now. I'd hate to think any of you have children, because you certainly don't show any type of forgiveness or compassion. Maybe ms. general DID handle the incident differently than you might have, that gave you no right to gang up on her and make her feel 100 times worse. She was the victim of bullies and you have no idea the rest of her story, you never gave her a chance. She may have been bullied by a lot of people all her school years. You fat repulsive cows, I can just see you stuffing family paks of twinkies in your pie holes while you lie in wait to pounce on someone who obviously can't take the heat. Don't worry, I don't think she'll be back for more abuse. You can pounce on me if you like. If you'd like to discuss things further and live in my area just say the word.
