Reunited and It Feels So Good!

9151. I don't make any apologies for the extensive media coverage. It follows, rather than creates audience interest. And in this intriguing case, there's plenty to grab your attention. But after last night's show that we did on location at the Marathon, Florida home Anna Nicole stayed during her pregnancy, which included the chilling testimony of the housekeepers who saw her enormous stash of dope and needles, I've reached a personal conclusion.

Like the entourage of sycophants and enablers who surrounded Elvis Presley, most of the people living off Anna Nicole did nothing to save her from herself. And worse than enabling, people like lawyer turned companion Howard K. Stern facilitated her untimely demise by ensuring she had all the drugs she needed to die from.

Along with the dope-prescribing doctors, mainly Kris Erosovich and Sadeep Kapoor, Stern essentially gave Anna the gun she used to kill herself and anyone with misguided sympathy for the wretched man ignores those facts.

You are to be commended, it is not many people would stand up for a friend like you do. I like you believe in standing for something more than the terrible lies people say about others. OMG..pick me off the floor from laughing..ET is reading veiwer mail..all pro stern, how beautiful his speech was..poor howard..etc. etc., also thanking ET for it's coverage and one half hearted email about praising Birkhead and Stern for at least joiing together for the funeral BUT..of course they also read three emails against Anna's mom one saying she had the look of anger shoveling dirt in the grave and a couple more negative emails on her..to see their show you would think there was nothing negative coming in to them or anywhere about Stern and their sorry asses in all of this..they have balls..all i can say. Also sound like they are trying to brush away that the idea of criminal dealings.

But on a positive note they did a great clip on Billy Ray Cyrus where you can vote if you want him to bring the Mullet back..LMAO!!

This proves they are sick SOB's ..first they twist the truth with their biased coverage and now they might be responsible for brining America the mullet again..when will it end????

9162. Kerry, I saw on a commentary that these evil boggers are strictly for
unethical and inappropriate purposes, and that they deliberately create chaos.
I think we can see what they are up to, and since they are evil they will
fight what is good. They have destroyed the communication on this site,
and if you visited the "Reunited" site you will see what they did over there
using my name fraudulently and confusing the communication. This is not
fair to my friends in this group, who are many, and it also interferes with
their communication, which damages our purpose, which is to pursue
justice for Daniel and Anna. These people, or maybe I should say these
two people who use many names, who are basically Laughing so Hard
and Patti, live to create discord. The only good thing about them is that by their behavior and bad language they do harm the person they support, Howard Stern, which makes him disliked even more by the public.

Kerry, what these people fail to comprehend is that it doesn't matter what name we use, it is what we say that counts. And, they have used your name and my name to discredit us, and they have used Bahama Nana's name to discredit her. They hate everybody who supports justice, and who can articulate, and who state the truth.

Since they have damaged this site so deplorably with their ignorance and their trashing the name Suzanne, I will stop using that name, and will ask you and all on our list to know that after this post to disregard any post with the name SUZANNE on it until such time as I decide to use my own name again. You would recognize my past posts, and you will always recognize me regardless of what I use as a name, which, after all, is just a name. They can continue to sign my name to garbage, but all people on our list will know that it is the cretins, Howard's supporters, who are writing that post, and that I am not writing it. These people are about lies and criminal activities, and are not about justice. The have no credibility.

It doesn't matter what names people use, it is about what they stand for that counts, and my friends will know me from what I say, not from what name I

Those who viewed the reality show that featured an often-incoherent Anna Nicole know it was Stern who played the dual roles of her counselor-at-law and concierge. I considered it a safe bet that he was being paid a fortune to spend even 10 minutes in the wacky world of this confused, pitiful young woman, much less time enough to run her life minute-by-minute.

Yet there he was, guiding her every move, often with Smith appearing to have no idea what she was doing or where she was going.

At this point in my evaluation, the trained attorney in me surfaces. I'd never want to damage a man who is grieving over the loss of a loved one. Still, in watching this media circus continue to unfold, I have some questions that even the likes of CNN's Nancy Grace have yet to fully and clearly pose.

-- How and why did Anna Nicole Smith and Stern end up taking up residency in the Bahamas prior to the birth of her child? Who made that decision? Anna Nicole? Did she understand that by moving there, she and her baby would be subject to a whole new set of laws? Laws that would be more beneficial to someone who was her civil spouse than to her or someone who had her power of attorney?

-- What are the chances that drugs, most of all prescription drugs, could have been obtained for a woman obviously already whacked out? Who prescribed the drugs? To whose name were they prescribed?

-- How is it that Smith's only living heir prior to the birth of her daughter, her son, could have been addicted to drugs with no one doing anything about it? How did he get access to methadone, which apparently can be fatal when combined with certain prescription drugs?

-- Was Smith also using methadone? There are reports that methadone was found in the refrigerator of her home in the Bahamas immediately after her death in Florida. If that's true, why would such a dangerous drug -- one that might have killed her son -- still be around long after his death?

-- While in Florida, Smith reportedly had a dangerously high fever of 105 degrees. With a nurse at her side, why was a physician not summoned; why no call made to 911? Any nurse knows that such a high fever is something that should be called to the attention of a physician to determine its cause.

-- Where was Stern when Smith died? We've heard many versions of the story, but what needs to be known is who was where, and why, during the entire bizarre stay at the Florida hotel.

-- Finally, how could someone suffering the grief Stern is going through negotiate a deal with a television program for exclusive interviews and photos? And at what price?

The above isn't so much a conspiracy theory as it is plain old disgust. Stern is no dummy. He knows law and Hollywood -- and money.

The only thing he didn't seem to know was how to take care of the woman he so tearfully claims to have loved.

If I was going to copy and paste; I would paste page after page of logical information that would indicate Howard K. Stern is possibly something between "at the very least an enabler" (as stated by Judge Seidlin) that led to the deaths of two people to a cold blooded murderer.

But, I will save that for later. Maybe, closer to the inquest. Of course if you want me to I could. I enjoy reading what other people have to stay.

9165. Peggy,Cell phone record would indicate EXACTLY where he was when he re. the call as well as the time; same w/ Moe...

Moe stated he was unsure of whom to call 911 in the area ANS was. Two problems: First, he stated he would be gone from the hotel a total of 20 minutes... so he was within 10 minutes of the hotel... matter of miles...Second, Moe has claimed he was a trained paramedic and connected with some fire dept at one time... they all know that cell phones have GPS systems built in... he did not know the address of the Hard Rock; he apparently did not know all he had to say was HARD ROCK CASINO?HE WAS IN THE AREA... bs by the shovel full..

He has stated that when he got there:
A. HKS had left the casino and was walking down the street away from him and talking on HKS cell phone;
B. HKS was in the lobby, talking on the cell phone and most antimated

A, Moe went alone to check on ANS (HKS was NOT in the room according to Moe)
B. Lobby person: HKS raced across the lobby and went alone up the elevator;
Moe then entered lobby and raced across to elevator and went alone up the elevator....

IF we are to believe the person in the lobby, HKS would have entered room BEFORE Moe.....

Fire and rescue: ANS was ALONE with NO ONE present when they got there. HKS then arrived...
