That ploy will likely come back to haunt you Baldwin. The judge is going to see right through that lame attempt. And, will view it as a lack of true interest.

But, true to your inablity to take accountablity for yourself. I'm sure you'll be stating you were in some type of counseling or rehab. And, that's why you weren't in court when the ruling comes back not in your favor. ....AHH THE VICTIMIZERS WHO LIKE TO TURN THE TABLES AND PLAY VICTIM HAVE MANY TRICKS UP THEIR SLEEVES

17. yeah, go ahead and 'resurrect' the outrageous claims against Kim. Prove to everyone how ingenuous you are and continue to bash Ireland's mom. Continue to play 'bait and switch', as in 'don't look at me, look at her', "she MADE ME do this or that'. If you were really interested in the best interest of your daughter you would submit to therapy. How many more times are you going to bottom out before you admit any responsibilty for your relationship with your daughter. A long time ago i emailed your website and told you what was going to happen down the road when your daughter grew up. it will only get worse between the two of you if YOU continue to put HER in the middle of the hate you feel for Kim. By the time she is graduating high school your relationship will be non existent. Only you have the power to reverse this. Put your ego aside, strip yourself down emotionally and don't ever mention or talk to your ex again. Build up your relationship with your daughter baby step by babystep, and practice complete humility.

I just wish that everyone else had one day to experience what the paparazzi does to our "stars."Then maybe we would be a little more understanding about saying something in anger that will be played on CNN 100 times an hour.Aren't all parents human? Don't we all make mistakes? Yet we aren't on the news.He may have anger issues but if anyone was keeping me from my child I'd freak too.Kim is useing Ireland as a pawn as many"parents" do--she should be ashamed!!!

21. I'm sure him not being in court is just " damage control" for him. He'd blow his top and get contempt. Me thinks that a man who can't control his temper with his child, let alone be trusted to be quiet in court, can't be responsible enough to take care of a child properly.

And didn't he say he was gonna move out of the country when W took office? Why is he still HERE?

Ask Ireland who she wants to be with and, if her father is really such a nice guy and has never screamed at her that she was a little pig before, she would want to visit with him, but not if he has continually verbally abused her because he's mad at her mother! Everything is about "hits' or "ratings" or i.e. DOLLARS.

True, Alec Baldwin chose a celebrity life. But this should not be a story. Where does it end?

It is one thing to be caught without makeup or in an embarrassing position. But he is entitled to have some sort of a private life. When it comes to family, there should be a respected boundary.

27. I hope the judge gags both of them, literally. The lawyers & everyone else involved should keep their mouths shut as well.
Alec & Kim should take a good long look at Demi Moore & Bruce Willis. I admire & respect them so much, because they truly put their children's welfare ahead of their own. Even Will Smith & Jada Pinkett Smith treat his ex-wife as family. And Tom Cruise & Nicole Kidman, say what you want about them, but they put their kids first, and never bash each other publicly.

28. After all the apparently sincere damage control he's done, he decides not to show up at court?!? If I were Ireland I might question his sincerity. He sounds defeated. Still, one day he wants to quit acting all together to spend his time fighting "parental alienation" and now he ditches the hearing. I hope he changed his mind. Foolish.
