Britney -- Ready to Break Herself Down?

After her 11-minute stripperiffic mini-session at the House of Blues on the Sunset Strip last night, Britney Spears was ready to relive it all over again.

Sources close to the pop star tell TMZ that Spears asked the HOB for a copy of her performance for "personal use." So, with her intense dance training regimen and now the post-concert breakdown, is the old Britney officially back?

46. My daughter is 17 and had a group of her friends over one day ( abourt 19 of them) and out of curiosity I asked them if they would buy a new Britney cd. They began laughing and said " No Way ! "

Go home Britney! The Youth of America does not want to hear you anymore. Well, maybe just 13 yr old boys and Pervs.

47. I don't look at this website as much any more bcuz I'm sick and freakin' tired of every story being about this loser. She "obviously" isn't serious about performing when she's up there chewing gum & lip-synching the music. Anyone can wear next to nothing and do that. It's not a performance, it's a joke. Enough already - nobody cares about her scank ass.

48. lauren, you're an idiot. how many mom's do you know go our partying all night then wake up bright and early to keep the kids on schedule? feeding them breakfast and spending quality time w/them? "she's a performer, not a stripper" you're 1/2 way right on that one, she is no artist of the caliber of christina, madonna, mariah, etc. as for "not a stripper" she's more like a hooker, advertising what's between her legs, etc. she has no need to pose for playboy because everyone's already seen the goods. as for "being stalked 24 hours a day" she courts it dear!! or let me guess, you and her thought hanging out w/Paris Hilton was way to throw the paps off???? you're deluded. you probably believe in the easter bunny too.

49. Britney would do even better if she just 'owned' the bald head. It would be an act of bravery garnering respect. She's beautiful enough that it just wouldn't matter. To do that would make me sit up and take real notice. Every struggling person would probably identify with her, and every non-struggling person would give her props if she did.

Her mom should not be bashed, but respected here; she was her stalwart supporter in what Britney wanted at the time and for her entire life . It's been apparent over the years how much she loves her. To say anything otherwise about her mom is ridiculous, and just being nasty on purpose.

Britney is not a has-been at what, 25? Don't be ridiculous. To even say that is just being nasty on purpose. She has every right to resurrect her career at any point. Having children does not mean your life stops. Children watch their parents work achievements with pride, and it sets an example of work ethic. It's not the 50's, and to relegate her to her home is again ridiculous, and yet again just nasty on purpose.

To presume to judge her on what YOU think she should do with her life is ridiculous. When the hell did celebrities lives and what they should do become the property of others?

What's obvious to me is that the world is apparently still fascinated by Ms. Spears, and a decent new album will be gobbled up greedily by the public. After all, her mass inbuilt marketing machine seems to have never turned off. She's an entertainment phenomenon, and no one can ever take that away. You go, Britney Spears, and I'm not even a fan of yours.

50. You people are sickening with your constant berating of her. No one is perfect, well except maybe for you sanctimonious *ssholes. OMG! Don't you see that is what entertainment is today, not sure what all of you expect....it's all trash and it's sad she still thinks she needs to be that way to be successful. I still wish her the best and don't see the point of putting her down so much. I wonder what your pathetic lives would look like if we followed you 24/7. Why don't we demand better entertainment and then maybe we would get it, but obviously our standards have dropped so low , we practically have none. Look at the PCD they're just glammed up strippers or The Real World(or anything on MTV).....yeah they are model citizens we should all aspire too.

51. Britney,

Please don't be discouraged by the negative words and comments on this blog. They are from the pit of Hell only meant to do you more harm. I have a feeling most of those comments were made by a bunch of 20 somethings still living in their mom's basement and the only sense of self accomplishment they are able to achieve in life is when they rip on and insult people in higher places. I say if getting back in the dancing game is good for you (emotionally and physically) and truly makes you happy again, then by all means do it. You can still have your career and be a good mom at the same time. Just remember there is a healthy balance to maintain as your childrens memories begin 'now'. You look great and I wish you much love and peace in your life!

52. Twitney "fans" need to grow brains. I'm still shaking my head at how laughable this "comeback" of twitney's is. She's not giving her "fans" much for their money. 11 minutes of lipsynching (maybe; don't know if she bothered to mouth the words this time or just chew gum) & stripping, for $100+? What a joke! If I payed $100+ to a see a rock band play, and they ended their set after 11 minutes, the audience would probably riot. Instead, twitney fans instead sit there like happy little idiots, saying stuff like "She's back!" or "She's such a good dancer!". DUH...

What a bunch of empty headed morons.

53. the new wig was nice but come on you gotta actually sing!!! take care of your KIDS!!!

54. Her dancers carried her through her show. She looks stiff and like a wannabe stripper. Sigh...poor Britt, she really should have waited for a real come back. This looks like a desperate attempt to turn back the hands of time and she's only 26. How sad. It would be nice if she focused on being a good mom and put her career on the back burner for at least a few months instead of trying to prove to herself that she's still got it! Damn, how is she going to react to mid-life?????? Long road ahead of her for sure!

55. Working hard at something you do well is the best medicine for those with a POSSIBLE history of substance abuse. To say she should stay home would only fill a zone performer of her caliber with depression and exacerbate those problems. The best remedy for almost everyone is to get back to work at something productive that is their area of specialty. She has decades of performances left in her as long as she keeps her music fresh, and keeps it about the music.

56. Britney could learn a lot from Avril Lavigne; wait no she couldn't because that would require her to write her own music and not act like a slut on stage.

57. Mama why do you want to look like a stupid whore? You are making a big mess and we think you should stop. Your days of being a star are done. We want you to try being our mommy instead. You are just being a freak and showing the world how pathetic you are. Please stop the madness. We can't take it. You aren't that great of a dancer and you can't even sing. By the way the pussycat dolls are doing casting calls so stop trying to be cute with the m&m's. You aren't that sweet!
Love,
Your lil babies

58. People obviously can't read. These performances are just little practice runs to get her back into performing mode, and have been publicly advertised as such. They're more like little guest spots, and were put forth as such. The new music and real concerts will be forthcoming, so use your heads and quit trying to state that the Ford Pinto you knew you bought was, after the fact, actually supposed to be a Mercedes.

59. You people are so amusing. Thanks for the chuckles. #33 panties are your friend....

60. Britney is doing this to test the waters. She is scared that her behavior in the past few years has alienated her from her fans. IT HAS!

Honestly, most people who are going to these shows are doing so because they are the equivilet on somoene passing by a bad car accident, they all want to stop to see the wreck!

You will see, her next record will tank and so on and so on. The only fan base she has now are young boys who beat off at the sight of her and old men who fantacise about raping little girls.
