32.

David Paul really should get a life, poor guy, feel sorry for you. Barbs is right, people with money, power, and connections are always above the law and always will be because they make the law, they don’t have to follow the law, it is for common people not for the Elite`. Parasite Hilton will leave like she is in a Presidential Suite in Hilton even if they send her to jail for a show and you all know that :)

35. I don't feel sorry for her at all. She was given a standard sentence for a first time DUI: probation, fine, alcohol class and a suspended license and what does she do??? She gets busted not once, but twice for driving under a suspended license (after the first time most of us learn a lesson -- and a girl in a flashy car is gonna get looked at more often than the rest of us) in the span of 2 months. And she fails to enroll in the alcohol class probably because she felt she was above it. All she had to do was pay people to drive her around (which she could very well afford) until March, take a stupid class, and not drive a car without license plates (January) or without headlights at night (February). She was asking for trouble and she got it.

Maybe she will grow up after 45 days without being pampered 24/7.

36. God I hope she doesn't get out of this!!! Too bad they didn't take her directly to jail.

37. I just heard about it on my way home and this is the first time in my life I am extremely glad I was WRONG.

I was 100% certain this moron acting girl was NOT going to jail.

All I can say it is uplifiting to find a judge and a DA with guts to put her butt in jail. If I could I would send them flowers and take them out to dinner.

I just hope her mommy and daddy don't find a way to "pull some strings" and get her released to house arrest.

I think 45 days is too light of a sentence, she should get a year or more, but I will take what I can get.

THIS IS GOOD, VERY, VERY, VERY, VERY GOOD.

38. "no one is above the law," Well, then please take this little piece of justice one step further and DO NOT ALLOW her special privilages while in jail.......Let her get a real taste of REALITY the same way every other woman sent to jail gets it.

40. david@newstalk1270, you sound like an I D I O T, sir.
Wait until your nitwit idol, Paris Hilton kills somebody while driving drunk. Will she be then able to raise her victim from the dead? David@ newstalk1270 thinks paris Hilton can walk on water.
Why is this Paris Hilton a celibrity? She has acomplished absolutely nothing in her life.
But don't worry you're pretty head, Paris. You will be very popular in the women's detention center. Make book on it.

41. It just doesn't make any sense to have three violations. I'll give her the first one; we all do stupid things yet while the rest of us would rely on public transportation or our bicycles to stay out of trouble she could not even think far enough ahead and grab her chauffer. Ah, the simple life!!

43. DEAR SIR......I don't care how over crowded the jail system is while she is serving her time.......PLEASE, as a Mother, keep this poor excuse of a human being in there for the FULL 45 days......YOU DO THE CRIME, YOU DO THE TIME........I really don't care how rich her family is......IF she serves, then other spoiled rich brats "might" pay better attention to what "THEY" do...................PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO THE RIGHT THING, THE REST OF THE WAY!!!!!!!!

Posted at 9:06PM on May 4th 2007 by THE FULL 45 DAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

44. "no one is above the law in LA"

45. #26, if you have had FOUR DUI's, you should be UNDER the jail! Rehabed or not, your record is disgusting and appalling and you NOR Ms. Hilton have NO RIGHT to drive drunk on MY roads where my friends and family are traveling. Maybe the good to come of this will be more media attention to this horrific problem! Drunk driving should be a ONE STRIKE offense.

She ignored broke her probation orders TWICE (strikes 2 and 3) and has yet to go to rehab classes (4) as ORDERED by a date in February. 45 days is a joke, and I'm sure her (daddy's) money is hard at work keeping her out. But watch out, karma has an interesting way of making things "right" in the end.
