61. Paris Hilton is going to jail because she is WHITE AND RICH. When the law is applied to
all law beakers then we should celebrate.
Lets see LA has a bunch of ILLEGALS roaming the streets (May 1st) rioting but nothing
is done about that. Didn't Brandy kill somebody due to negligence.
Come on, wake up, let's apply the law to everybody.

67. It's pathetic that Rocky Delgadillo wants to take credit for this. He had nothing to do with it. You should thank the prosecutors who were in the courtroom; I'm certain that they worked long and hard to overcome the resources of the Hilton family (e.g., high-priced attorneys). Also, you should thank the judge that did not succumb to the pressure of Paris' celebrity status.

If you know anything about Rocky Delgadillo, you know that he's just a politician (and not a very good one at that). He's NOT a real prosecutor---he's never prosecuted a case in his life. If you ask him what a probation violation hearing is, he won't have a clue. I bet he wouldn't even know where to sit if he were in the courtroom.

Rocky Delgadillo was put in the office as LA City Attorney with the money of powerful politicians. He just wants to get his picture and name out there so that ignorant people will vote for him the next time he runs for office. DON'T BE FOOLED.

74. if she goes to jail its about time! but i think she'll never see the inside of the jail. If the judge REALLY wanted her to serve time, she would have been taken to jail right then..like the rest of us would have been. He only gave her parents time to go and pay off a city offical to re-voke her sentence. This was all for show. They need to follow through with the sentence, it may save her life or someone elses. As far as Kathy Hilton what a disgrace of a parent. Her performance, that her daughter can do no wrong was aparent, no wonder Paris acts like she does.( as they say that apple doesn't fall far from the tree) the judge should have held Kathy in contempt of court for her out burst. I hope L.A. shows the world they can not be bought and NO one is above the law. If she serves her time....GOOD JOB L.A. now go after the rest of the so called stars for under age drinking

75. its about time!!!!!!hope she serve's all her 45 days,too bad her mother did'nt get anything for the way she acted in court!!!!!!!!!if it was one of us simple people we would have had to serve time rightaway so she still had some star treatment,paris needs to deal with what she deserved!!!!!!!!!
