City Attorney on Paris: "No One Is Above the Law"

Rocky DelgadilloA rep for Los Angeles City Attorney Rocky Delgadillo has released a statement to TMZ in support of the decision to sentence Paris Hilton to 45 days in jail.

"City Attorney Delgadillo believes today's ruling sends a clear message that in the City of Los Angeles, no one is above the law."

91. City Attorney Delgadillo:

If "no one is above the law", tell my why you allow underage celebrities into the nightclubs and why are they being served alocohol? No one from your office nor the police departments seem to be concerned that they and the night clubs are breaking the law. The night club is susposed to be shut down for serving alcohol to a minor. Minors are not supposed to be allowed into nightclubs.

I guess "Celebrity" DOES mean you are above the law!
