I wonder how many people Spencer had to call in order to get this "photo op" and how many photogs actually showed up. There again, he could have just taken the photo himself and released it seeing as how he's her "manager" these days. I don't care for either Heidi and particular Spencer. Frankly, they deserve each other and with any luck will NOT be on the newest edition of "The Hills".

Just buy two grapefruits, cut in half, and stuff them under whatever you plan to wear. You could wrap them in plastic, I suppose, to keep the mess under control.
