16. The judge is no fool and has seen it all with verbally abusive and demanding parents.

Coupled with the now infamous phone message, additional public verbal attacks on Ireland, and not being present for the hearing screams...... Indifference, lack of genuine concern, and a lame attempt of avoiding questioning from the judge.

I'm sure Baldwin will have an arsenol of excuses in his back pocket to use as defense.

I can hear poor legal councel coming from Baldwin's mouth in the morning. And, of couse additional comments blaiming all his disgusting behavior on his ex-wife.

19. I bet A.B was given 1.court ordered anger management, 2.parenting classes, 3. and short supervised visits only.

All more than fitting and needed for the sake of the child.

That man shouldn't be allowed to be alone with a dog let never mind an impressionable child.

Parental alienation my @ss. The SOB didn't even have the guts to appear in court today. Any real parent would be present on such a serious matter. And, a real parent would do what ever it takes to be in court.

20. I think it is totally wrong for people to judge the integrity of Alec's character by a simple 3 minute voice mail. Odviously he lost it and said things he shoulden't. Take a look at the situation as a whole. She won't let him see their child. She is not allowing him to be apart of the most important thing in his life.

The said thing is this same situation plays out for millions of familes and fathers yearly. Most women claim that they want a man to take care of his children but the second a father steps up and wants to care for his children and be equally involved the system fights you tooth and nail.

The average sepaerated father is only allowed to see his kids 4-6 days a month. How is that in the best interest of any child?

22. ALEC SHOULD REALIZE THAT IT IS HIS ACTIONS THAT HAVE ALIENATED HIS DAUGHTER AND QUIT BLAMING HIS EX WIFE. WITH THE DAUGHTER ALMOST 12 CAN'T SHE DECIDE ON HER OWN IF SHE WANTS TO SEE HIM OR NOT. I FEEL THE RANTING PHONE CALL WAS THREATENING AND I AM 51 YEARS OLD AND QUITE ASSERTIVE.

23. Pretty sad, all of this! It will be pretty sad if Alec finally gives up on the whole fight, and just tells Ireland, when she growsup and decides she would like to have somehting to do with him that his door is open, but that he is not going to have more to do with her and Kim, until she is old enough to make decisions on her own! It is pretty sad for all of you that think what Alec said was so horrible, yes calling his daughter a 'pig' was horrible, but she probabaly is as spoilt rotten as they come, and probabaly pushes the smartass buttons to the limit! Yes Alec is strong willed and hot headed, but their are a millon and 1 people out here that are mother's and fathers that get pushed on a regular basis with their teenage children, and what are we going to do, start putting out everyone's private voicemail messages to their kids! How would the majority of you like it if you were taped being upset with your kids, are who would you kids like for things that your parents are yelling at you about, to be put out the world to hear, then all was taken away because you lose your temper with your children! I think that Kim is just apathic as Alec in this situation, and I don't like her anymore either! Why does she have such a problem with Alec visiting or even talking to his daughter! Sounds like to me she is so insecure in her ownself that she just wants Ireland to herself and thinks Ireland only belongs to her! She needs to grow up and put her own feelings for Alec aside, it has been 6 years since these two have been together, and it sounds like to me, because she dosen't have a man in her life that she cares fors that she wants Ireland to spend all her time with her, and that she is jealous that Alec does have someone in his life! If you ask me I think deep down that Kim is still deeply In Love with Alec, but knows that she can't live with him, so she'll just make his life miserable! She seems like a "self centered, self absorbed, self rightous" person that everything has to be her way!

26. Daddy Dearest is in deep doo doo. Couldn't be happier. I'm so tired of hearing these people all blame Kim and that somehow her actions gave Alec an excuse.

I've been there, done that. Custody battles are a bitch. But never once did me or the hubby lash out at the kids in anyway...but of course, we're not egotistical maniacs from the Baldwin Batch of Loons..

28. Other adult actors have complained publicly about Alec's temper. He made a horse's a&# out of himself yelling at Kim in public before they were divorced. Why is everyone so surprised that he would do the same thing to his daughter. He seems to be a control freak. And of course he says this is the only time he's ever lost his temper with her to this extreme. Yeah, right... Who on earth would want to spend time or talk to a father with his attitude? She's probably witnessed his verbal abuse to Kim since the day she was born. I just hope that the judge listens to Ireland and gets the truth about what he's doing and take the neccessary measures. Alec needs Dr Phil.

29. I think Alec wasn't able to be at the hearing becuase he was over the edge and too unpredictable. He definetly would have had a raving fit in court today. He knows he has anger problems when things do not go completely his way. And, too bad he doesn't act upon that knowledge and seek help.

AB being cuffed and arrested for a court outburst would have been more precious than seeing Hasselhoff in a drunken stooper.

30. David is blaming the ex too. Talk about the same old games. Some father's and yes some mother's do not deserve visitation with their children. At least not until they truly get help and change. To me that is where the father's rights groups miss the point. They pick these screw ball people who are abusive and rant and rave about the ex to blame and hang their political and PR hats on them.
