UPDATE: Paris has arrived in court, 18 minutes late. We'll give you the blow by blow as it happens.

Paris Hilton has not exactly figured out how to win friends in high places. She's late for today's court appearance where a judge could revoke her probation and throw her in the pokey for 45 days.

The courtroom is filled with prosecutors, defense lawyers, the judge, nine deputies....but no Paris.

We're told she's moments away. EIGHTEEN minutes late and counting. Stay tuned. Could it be another slow-speed chase???

31. Idiot. She should've been there EARLY. Guess she doesn't care much if she goes to jail or not. But I hope she does, she needs to be taught a lesson. She obviously has no respect for authority.

33. The judge is in the courtroom 15 to 20 minutes after the time to appear . They are always freaking late.

39. Geez she obviousley proved she has no respect for the legal system and because she is a celebrity she thinks she is untouchable. It is interesting to see exactly what the judge is going to hand down.

40. Seriously, did you people actually expect her to be on time, or even show up? The fact that she even came is more than I expected. May the Judge grant punishment as s/he sees fit- and may it be incarceration for the max amount of time.
