Paris Late for Very Important Date

UPDATE: Paris has arrived in court, 18 minutes late. We'll give you the blow by blow as it happens.

Paris Hilton has not exactly figured out how to win friends in high places. She's late for today's court appearance where a judge could revoke her probation and throw her in the pokey for 45 days.

The courtroom is filled with prosecutors, defense lawyers, the judge, nine deputies....but no Paris.

We're told she's moments away. EIGHTEEN minutes late and counting. Stay tuned. Could it be another slow-speed chase???

31. The judge is in the courtroom 15 to 20 minutes after the time to appear . They are always freaking late.

32. that gal has proven time and time again how stupid she is....i.e. not knowing geography, etc. and has made COMPLETE @SS statements to boot.....but this takes the cake!!

37. Geez she obviousley proved she has no respect for the legal system and because she is a celebrity she thinks she is untouchable. It is interesting to see exactly what the judge is going to hand down.

39. What an Idiot. Let me guess she couldn't find a driver. ha ha ha People with money just don't think the RULES apply to them. This just goes to show she thinks she above everyone else. They should just throw the book at her..... she already had one chance and screwed that up..

43. if this doesn't prove what an idiot she is nothing will - she should have shown up extra early - the judge better throw the book at her, if if was a regular joe bloe they'd be arrested the minute they got there.
