Paris' Mom to Prosecutor: "This is PATHETIC!"

Paris and KathyMoments after Paris Hilton was sentenced to serve 45 in the clink, TMZ learned that her mother, Kathy, rushed over to the lead prosecutor and lashed out, "I want your autograph. This is pathetic."

In the same breath, as she walked out of the courtroom, Kathy looked up and said, "I can't believe all the money we spent on this."

16. THEY SHOULD HAVE THROWN HER IN JAIL THE NIGHT SHE WAS ARRESTED.

I WAS PICKED UP FOR A .08 DUI AND I HAD TO SPEND THE NIGHT IN JAIL (IT WAS THE FIRST TIME I HAD EVER BEEN IN TROUBLE).

19. WHY DO PEOPLE WITH MONEY THINK THEY ARE ABOVE THE LAW? I'M GLAD THE JUDGE SENTENCED HER TO 45 DAYS AND NOT GIVE HER SPECIAL TREATMENT. HOW ABOUT THAT FOR SIMPLE LIFE.

22. *Maybe* just maybe there is justice in the world. For someone who has been given everything, she has sure managed to screw up her life. Maybe she should "read" (does she know how?) a speech by JFK (the prez) who said something like "to whom much is given, much is required." (Something along those lines -- look it up.) Many others with her wealth contribute so much more to this world than this celebutard can even imagine.

23. Perhaps Mrs. Hilton would have been better served by spending her money's defense money to educate her children on the dangers of alcohol! How stupid are these people? No one is above law and I am glad LA is finally cracking down on celebrities who break the law.

24. Kathy! Wake up. Your daughter is a porn star and a drunk. doesn't say much about your parenting skills does it! That's right blame the prosecutor. blame everyone except Paris. Maybe if you taught her how to be a real person she wouldn't be in this postion right now...Hmmmmmm

25. Uhhhh, Mom? You might want to be a better role model than that. That complete lack of taking responsibility is what got your daughter in trouble in the first place...

26. If Paris is a victim of her celebrity, then she only has herself to blame. She set out to be nothing other than famous! I do have sympathy for such individuals like Prince Harry because he has done nothing to attract the media attention that dogs him day and night. However, we would not know of a Paris Hilton if it were not for Paris herself. The 45 day sentence was punishment for Paris but a gift for everyone else!

27. Wait a minute. She said she cant believe all the money she spent on her kids defence. What about all the money she spent on priviate prep schools. Alot of good that did. I've seen rocks along side of the road that had more brains that Paris. Perhaps mommy should ask the school for a refund, then use that the pay for the defence.

28. Why do celebrities and the wealthy believe that power, status and money buys them out of circumstances that the rest of us would have to deal with. Justice ALWAYS needs to be blind to be fair. With Her mom's comments, we can readily see why Paris grew up the way she did - above us all.

29. I don't think a single person out there believed her story. Yet, I still feel bad for her. What she did was very stupid. Showing up to court late certainly didn't help either. At the same time, 45 days in jail is very harsh. I'm not suggesting a slap on the wrist, but there has to be some grey area.

30. Well, dear Mama, maybe you are the pathetic one. If you taught your daughter ethics and good manners, she might not find herself in this position today. You and your husband sound like a couple of big-ego, self-absorbed jerks. The acorn rarely falls far from the tree!
