Celebrity Justice
Paris Sings in Court

Paris Hilton is currently testifying on her own behalf before a judge who could throw her in jail for violating her probation.
Paris enters court
Hilton's voice is uncharacteristically somber and monotone as she explains why she drove twice on a suspended license after being busted for DUI. Hilton pleaded no contest to alcohol-related reckless driving last January. The City Attorney wants to throw her in jail for 45 days for the probation violation.

Moments before Paris entered the courtroom, TMZ cameras caught Hilton touching up her make-up. Never underestimate the power of the powder.

121. What I don't get is everyone is so mean?!! Why the "C" word and the whore comments. She's a young spoiled attractive woman..who has proven to all that she is no dummy. Sure she rubs me the wrong way..but what is that? It's envy...it's jealously...it's what all the nasty talkers are brimming with. I hate that I have to stand in line to get into a club or a great restaurant..or that I don't get invited to the award shows (any more). But does that mean we as human being have to stoop to a level that we would jump to give our nasty opions on if peple reacted like we do. Stop hating!!! Start loving. Have compassion it costs you nothing. Maybe that would end wars a little sooner and stop getting people killed. We formed a Department of Homeland Security in 7 months..and yet there have been politicos working to form a Department of Peace since Harry Truman days. Imagine..a Secretary of Peace...looking for peaceful resolutions not war and destruction. To rip off smokey the bear..."..only you can stop hate".

122. They probably are going to hold her attorney for contempt of court for telling her she can drive even when the court order said no..also they should fine her for being 20 minutes late for court, when she had months to prepare...one can only hope, right??

124. IT IS SO OBVIOUS THIS WOMAN THINKS SHE IS ABOVE ALL LAWS. HER OWN CHOICES HAVE TAKEN HER TO THIS MOMENT AND I PRAY SHE LEARNS FROM IT AND STOPS THINKING SHE IS BETTER THAN ANYONE ELSE IN THIS SITUATION. SET AN EXAMPLE OF HER DEAR JUDGE. PUT HER AWAY AND THROW THE KEY INTO THE TRASH. SHE NEEDS A GOOD LESSON. THEN.... AMERICAN MAKE PARIS GO AWAY. GOOD BYE... MISS. HILTON, YOU ARE TRULY A MESS AND NOTHING TO ADMIRE OR MIMIC.

128. Double Standards have caused all the hate in the world. People need to be taught hate, you are not born with it. Yes, I want her to go to jail....because she deserves to go. Not because I hate her..I hate what her money, and every other rich persons money has done to this country to avoid punishment for a crime they committed. People are sick and tired of their kids, and loved ones going to jail for their mistakes. The fines, court costs, jail stay etc etc, and the poor people don't have the money to pay without more of a hardship. But they do. I want fairness across the board. Rich or poor. I'm tired of rich people getting away with crimes. Its not just rich, there are doctors, lawyers, judges, politicians, cops etc etc. If you don't see anything wrong with this, then you are not fair in my eyes.

131. It is difficult for me to believe that Paris is THAT stupid. She can afford a chauffer, etc. What an idiot. What can she possibly LEARN in jail? Maybe she will have access to catalogues and the like so she can continue shopping. Also, I find it almost difficult to believe that her parents didn't keep all of this "hush hush". Perhaps they are better parents than I assumed. Tough love is hell.

133. Well, I suppose if the court actually sends Paris to jail, she'll have to get rid of the matching black t-shirts that she and Britney Spears were photographed wearing that said, "I'm Paris Hilton, and I can do whatever I want." Perhaps not my dear, perhaps NOT.

134. Justice would be better served if they sent her mother to the big house and I don't mean the mansion! I once heard her mother say in an interview that she thought Paris' sex video would be good for her career. With no role models in her life and nobody to teach her right from wrong......how can she know right from wrong.
