Celebrity Justice
Paris' Summer at the Prison Hilton

While her pals are hanging in Malibu or the Hamptons, Paris will be spending 45 fun-filled days and nights with 2200 of her closest female felons at Century Regional Detention Facility (CRDF).
Paris in Prison
Reopened in March, 2006, CRDF is located in beautiful Lynwood,Calif. -- just minutes from nearby Compton! While Mr. Chow takeout isn't available, according to the AP, CRDF does serve three low-sodium poultry based meals a day. Yum! For her own safety, Paris will most likely be segregated from the rest of her prison pals and live in a one or two-person cell. Cozy. During her days at Chez Clink, Paris will get just one hour a day to shower, exercise, watch TV or talk on the phone. And sorry to say, Blackberries are not allowed. Oh, the humanity!

As for wardrobe choices, Paris will have the option of one of four different colored jumpsuits. Depending on how she is classified and where she is housed in the facility, Paris could don a blue, brown, white or classic orange one-piece from the House of Detention collection.

Paris better get crackin', because with June 5 fast approaching, it gives her just one month to plan her kick-ass going away party!

47. Get over it poster # 50 and stop being so dramatic. The spoiled brat is doing a mere 45 days in a local prison. And, deserved it for acting like she's above the law.

48. i dont think she will face entire time or she will be isolated from others for her own safety

49. It may save her life. It started with an alcohol related reckless driving. Of course she never registered for the alcohol course she was required by the court last year.

They said the mother was making snide remarks throughout the trial and then even said to the judge " you are pathetic." afterward. He should have found the mother in contempt of court.

You can see where Paris gets her reckless disregard for the authorities.

52. I agree with whoever earlier said that CNN is going to devote days and days to this skank! Uh oh! I smell a movie!!!

Hey Paris, don't pick up the soap!

She couldn't be put away too soon. I hope she rots. What has she done for society? And why does TMZ keep tabs on this non-entity? If the media would ignore Paris, Britney, and all the rest of those useless humans, THAT would be punishment! THAT would be worse than all the head-shaving, 45-jail-days you could muster!

53. It might be a good thing for her. I been there for the same reasons but I had to do 38 days in County. It gave me a lot of time to think re-evaluate myself, my life. I came out determined, closer to god, clear headed, focused and im glad god gave me that time in Jail.. Don't be surprise if she comes out a different person more mature and together.

56. I agree with number 15, she should use her fame and wealth to make a huge difference in the world, maybe staying in jail for 45 days will turn on the light in her head and wake her up, and like they say you are responsible for you and your actions, the consequences vary, and hers were getting in jail, so tough, she should have been more responsible.

58. Mea said: I won't get too excited, her lawyers will appeal this, I'm sure. Jerks! Still, if she does get ANY jail time, I'll be shocked into a coma.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I don't know about California, but in this state there is NO appeal to a probation violation.
