The Z List - This Week's Biggest Losers 05/05/07

5/5/2007 4:02 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

SplashNewsOnline.comNews of a Toastee Toof sex tape this week caused about as much excitement as the notion of "Flavor of Love 3." So instead, we prefer to hit rewind on some of the folks who embarrassed themselves with their clothes on.

Paris Hilton: Somewhere, deep down in Nostradamus' predictions, we believe the great seer foresaw that when both "Girls Gone Wild" guru Joe Francis and Bentley fender bender Paris Hilton were simultaneously served with jail time, it would be a portentous sign that the party was coming to an end. In the wake of yesterday's 45 days probation violence sentence, everything suddenly takes on new meaning for Paris: her cell, her sidekick, her bitch ... and who would have thought that of all the recent celebrity DUI-ers, it would be the unflappable Ms. Hilton who would get yanked straight past Malibu rehab to actually pay for her crime. It's a bonanza, of course, for us here at TMZ, but September 7, 2006 (the date she was arrested in Hollywood last fall) is now her September 11.

Charles BarkleyCharles Barkley: For anyone who watched "Inside the NBA" following the stunning Dallas Mavericks - Golden State Warriors elimination game on Thursday, it was a new benchmark in role model pouting. The TNT color commentator was crestfallen that the outcome of another Game Six earlier in the day between Utah and Houston meant that he was going to have to cancel a trip to Vegas today for the Oscar De La Hoya - Floyd Mayweather Jr. fight. Even Ernie Johnson and Kenny "the Jet" Smith seemed taken aback as Chuck connected the dots for the first time, on air. It was at once hilarious, weird and inappropriate (via Barkley's hyping of TNT's Saturday night pay-per-view competition). We're not sure who Barkley has his pugilistic money on, but if his wager comes up short, it could get even uglier.

John PetersJon Peters:
It's not quite on the scale of a "thoughtless little pig" bicoastal voice mail, but it's still cold. As cold as the overnight feel of terrazzo and brass for Hollywood Boulevard's homeless. Just as mega-producer Peters ("Batman", "Superman Returns") was getting out of his limo on Monday, with kids in tow to accept a star on the Walk of Fame, a process server slapped him with very different kudos: legal papers from his third ex-wife, Christine Forsyth. Peters, who has countered Forsyth's unpaid child support claims with the you're-living-free-in-my-mansion defense, hasn't been this shown-up since a 1996 book that chronicled his Sony executive suite excesses. Maybe he can commiserate with Eminem, the male star he hopes to coerce into yet another version of "A Star is Born."

chloe sevigneyChloë Sevigny: Speaking of Paris, this gal thinks she's trashy. So there. In an entirely irritating interview with Style Magazine, the 32-year-old co-star of "Zodiac" covers the gamut; from non-simulated on-screen sex (she regrets the famous scene with ex-boyfriend Vincent Gallo in "The Brown Bunny"), to the lure of 4:20 (it started when she was a kid). People either love or hate Sevigny's generally mopey onscreen M.O., but save the misdirected PR for when you actually have something worthwhile to promote, girl. Coming on the heels of a New York Observer article last month that categorized Sevigny, Clare Danes and upcoming FOX sitcom star Parker Posey as has-beens, it's enough to make one pine for "Bunny," which Roger Ebert called the worst film in the history of the Cannes Film Festival.

sargentAlvin Sargent: The heavyweight, two-time Oscar-winning screenwriter ("Julia," "Ordinary People") was brought back by brothers Sam and Ivan Raimi to ensure that "Spider-Man 3" had the same zip as "Spider-Man 2." But the 75-year-old elder statesman is getting zapped by the critics for what they feel is a tediously tangled story web, knocking Spidey's stock down a bearish 30 points (from "Spider-Man 2's" 93% Tomatometer rating to a "Spider-Man 3" Friday score of 62%). We all know this summer's first blockbuster is critic-proof, destined to set a gargantuan new domestic B.O. record this weekend in a record 4,252 theaters. But maybe Alvin should plan on shuffleboard with the 84-year-old Stan Lee rather than any grandiose plans for more melodrama.

What's bothering me: the reference to September 11th. Come on. Nobody died. She's going to do a minimal amount of time in jail, and you think that is tantamount to the most heinous terrorist attack on our country in recent history? get a life. get a clue. shouldn't have even been mentioned in the same breath. this is insulting to our country. whoever wrote that is a disgusting pig. take a moment to honor the innocent people that died on that day. don't treat it lightly.

Her Mom said "This is pathetic and disgusting, a waste of taxpayer money with all this nonsense. This is a joke". Wow, I guess only the little people should go to jail.

The judge ruling was purposeful against Paris Hilton because who she is and should himself be suspended showing himself un fit to properly judge.

Passing jail time on someone who violated probation on a suspended drivers license is highly unusual. Revoking her drivers license should have been the next proper step.

The judge in this case showed himself to be bias of who a person is and is no longer capable of correct ruling for future cases.

Paris Hilton and family attorneys should seek sentence reversal and bring case against this particular judge for vengeful ruling.

After reading about Kathy Hilton's behavior yesterday, it all became clear how Paris turned out the way she did. This woman worries about all the wrong things, and clearly thinks the Hilton's are above the law. I do find justice being served with Joe Francis and Paris Hilton serving time for their crimes. Why shouldn't they?

Finally..Nice to see a judge with some balls, I work in the industry and they are all a bunch of little pricks. Now all they need to do is apply those same standards to Britney "Driving with her kid on her lap" oh and with no underwear on, crap that was a crime, actually the FDA should have gone after her, that shot made me sick. Lindsey Lohan she would do nicely in the cell across from Hilton, Oh their by toy Greasy Bear who can yell out 'hate crimes' in public. Jessica Simpson, I am sure she has done something illegal, How about a raid at Hyde, then you could catch all of them with their meth crystals, cocaine, pot, and of course favorite drunk driving companion the prescription drugs. Maybe this will be a trend.

Free Paris Hilton

To: The Honorable Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger of the State of California
Paris Whitney Hilton is an American celebrity and socialite. She is an heiress to a share of the Hilton Hotel fortune, as well as to the real estate fortune of her father Richard Hilton. She provides hope for young people all over the U.S. and the world. She provides beauty and excitement to (most of) our otherwise mundane lives.

Hilton is notable for her leading roles on the FOX reality series The Simple Life and in the remake of the Vincent Price horror classic "House of Wax". In addition to her work as an actress, she has achieved some recognition as a model, celebrity spokesperson, singer, and writer.

As most of America now knows, Ms. Hilton was just charged in a Los Angeles court with DUI and sentenced to 45 days in Century Regional Detention Facility in California beginning on or before June 5, 2007.

We, the American public who support Paris, are shocked, dismayed and appalled by how Paris has been the person to be used as an example that Drunk Driving is wrong. We do not support drunk driving or DUI charges. Paris should have been sober. But she shouldn't go to jail, either.

As depicted on Friday night's episode "Nancy Grace" on Headline News (May 4, 2007), countless celebrities have been "slapped on the wrist" for similar incidents recently. Nick Nolte, Mel Gibson, Tracy Morgan, Wynonna Judd, to name a few, were arrested and never did a day in jail after their initial arrests for drunk driving /DUI /DWI charges. Rappers Busta Rhymes and Eve still walk free after both being arrested for the same charges as Ms. Hilton just this past week. Brandy's California Highway accident, although no proof of DUI was evidenced in her accident, resulting in the death of a young wife and mother in California, yet Brandy walks free as of today, never doing any time and A WOMAN HAS BEEN KILLED most likely due to her reckless driving!

Yet, Paris Hilton did not hurt, injure, or kill anyone or anything, and yet she must do jail time.

This petition is to ask Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger to pardon Paris Hilton for her mistake. Please allow her to her return to her career and life. Everyone makes mistakes. She didn't hurt or kill anyone, and she has learned her lesson. She is sincere, apologetic, and full of regret for her actions as she explained tearfully to the Judge handling her case in court yesterday. She is distraught and understandably afraid.

WE NEED YOUR SUPPORT to save our Paris from ending up at the Century Regional Detention Facility! Please sign to tell The Honorable Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger of the State of California, to think about the welfare of this young woman who has made a mortal error and deserves a second chance like so many others in our great nation have been served with after a mistake they have made . If the late Former President Gerald Ford could find it in his heart to pardon the late Former President Richard Nixon after his mistake(s), we undeniably support Paris Hilton being pardoned for her honest mistake as well, and we hope and expect The Governor will understand and grant this unusual but important request in good faith to Ms. Paris Whitney Hilton.

I believe detaining Paris Hilton types within a cell or any other form of confinement is like scotch-taping a stack of Benjamins to a parking meter........GONE IN THE BLINK OF AN EYE!!

After 45 days in jail Paris should consider relocating to Europe..People here are very jealous of her and she will be a target for future police arrests..Easier for the police to pick up Paris than to arrest drive by gang murderers of small children..Why couldn't she spend the time in the Beverly Hills jail or at home with an electronic ankle bracelet? I hope nothing happens to her in the Lynwood jail or else the Hiltons will own Los Angeles and rightly so..You don't send a kid like Paris to a place like Lynwood..Sorry but her "little crime" does not fit that kind of punishment!

You probably wouldn't feel the way you did if she happen to plow into someone you loved while intoxicated. Then you would whine " why didn't our justice system do something about her". Cops and judicial system handle thousands of cases like this everyday. You might not think our highways are safer; but ,what if cops only went after "criminals".
Our roads would be a venue for demoliton derby
