Paris to World -- I'm a Victim of Cruelty

Paris Hilton is not going down without a fight.

The day after she was sentenced to 45 days in the slammer for violating her probation by driving with a suspended license, Hilton walked outside her house and told a gaggle of camerapeople, "I told the truth yesterday. I feel that I was treated unfairly." Hilton called the sentence "both cruel and unwarranted" and added "I don't deserve this."

16. Paris, welcome to the REAL world....yes, there is one....If you were ANYONE else, you would've been in jail a long time ago, for speending, slamming into a car and driving off, for violating all your blah blah's......This is what happens to most folks who drink and drive and violate. Take this stuff seriously. BE RESPONSIBLE. You want to walk around and act like a freakin' adult in clubs, but now you want to act like a 2 year old child with your mommy and daddy by your side (haven't seen them with your for years...) "I didn't do it, I'm being treated mean...WHAHHHH.."

18. You're right Paris you don't deserve this. But under the law they can't sentence you to the 10 years you deserve, You drove drunk, got your license suspended, then got caught driving again (were you drinking that time?), then was stupid enough to get caught a second time driving without a license. Just because you're rich doesn't mean you are above the law!

19. Man, she really practiced that 3 seconds of nonsense. Apparently, Paris Hilton doesn't understand what "unfair and unwarranted" means. Unfair was the 2 previous chances she had and blew...unwarranted is all the media attention she's getting for the law actually being UPHeld. REALITY, PARIS, WELCOME TO IT. I hope she doesn't show and they drag her ass out of a club in cuffs. Kathy Hilton...you're the pathetic one. Maybe you should have taught your child just a hint of humility. This is the best expenditure of tax dollars in years!

20. Of course she doesn't deserve 45 days in a disgusting prison in the worst part of LA..Especially when you put things in prospective (law never does look at the big picture) and think wow that monster Phil Spector gets to go home to his castle everyday after court and he 99.9999% blew someone's head off..House arrest for Paris would have been plenty punishment..

21. Don't worry , you will be protective custody (punk city) anyway. There is no lobster, Sax Fifth Avevnue and maid service where you are going. It's 45 days not a lifetime sentence. Woman up and take responsiblity for your own actions. If you wasn't going to punk city, those bitches would have torn you to pieces. Paris Hilton would have stood for P***y Hole.

22. And with the comment her mother made to the Judge....she should be held in contempt of court. Total disrespect and I can guarantee if it had been every day Joe...a huge fine would have been dished out. I say make an example of these people. If Paris gets out of doing jail time I say our system really sucks! I personally am tired of seeing Paris and Brittney's face, PERIOD.

23.
Paris Hilton is a victim? Gimme a break. She makes me sick to my stomach.

I think justice has been served. I believe if you do the crime, you should do the time just like everyone else. And finally the justice system has prevailed.

I hope it's a long 45 days for her and maybe it will make her wake up and realize that you can't take life for granted, no matter how much money you have.

25. And we know she can't keep a friend and she's mostly a instigater of cruelty to her {just like a sister} victims.. What will be waiting for Paris..? Fun times. Fun times! As she likes it rough and tumble.

26. "I don't deserve this!"

Last words before GOD I wonder...I guess she will think He is treating her unfairly as well.

She should really take the time to reflect and really change her ways.

28. Where is Dexter when you need him? Paris is the perfect criminal for him to cut up.

Posted at 11:53AM on May 6th 2007 by Paris should do an Anna Nicole

29. Its so true! As a lawyer, and given Paris' circumstances, she was definately treated unfairly. Noone in LA gets 45 days on a VOP for suspended license. The underlying conviction was a reckless driving, not a DUI. Everyone likes to give Paris a hard time b/c of her wealth and posh lifestyle. Why not go get yourselves a life and stop relishing in the unfortunate circumstance of Paris'??

30. You're a victim of your OWN actions and choices, ding-a-ling. Have fun in lock-up -- at least the orange jumpsuit will match your skin!
