Paris to World -- I'm a Victim of Cruelty

Paris Hilton is not going down without a fight.

The day after she was sentenced to 45 days in the slammer for violating her probation by driving with a suspended license, Hilton walked outside her house and told a gaggle of camerapeople, "I told the truth yesterday. I feel that I was treated unfairly." Hilton called the sentence "both cruel and unwarranted" and added "I don't deserve this."

482. Yeah right....some of you say you hate Paris. You don't even know her!!! What did she do to you? I really don't care what her mother said to the judge; he probably deserved it. People don't understand the justice system. If a judge is on his period, has a hangover, or a cop beat his wife up last night, those individuals who have to face them will suffer the "wrath" of the law!!!! And the people who are tired of seeing Britney and Paris should read a book or quit watching television!!! Some of these comments just make me laugh harder!!! And all the people who want the soldiers to come home early from Iraq is just sending the message that it was okay to fly aircraft into the world trade center. But your minds will drift off into something else soon when another star gets into trouble. How would you like it if you were wealthy and everyone was attacking you? Paris is wealthy.....was born wealthy, and will remain that way. OJ got screwed out of his money, and so did Michael Jackson.

483. On another note about Paris' dilemma. Princess Diana was hounded by the press on a regular basis, and didn't have a private moment. It was the press that killed her. I just hope Paris does everything she can to keep herself safe from these idiot photographers.

484. I think this whole thing has become very, very nasty. The degree of media attention and negative comment has influenced the judgment and I think Paris has good reason to feel she has been treated unfairly in the situation. No normal person has to deal with all of that so all the talk insisting she be treated the same as everyone else is ridiculous. We need to take a step back and remember this is a human being we are talking about and show a bit of kindness.
