66. paris deserves all that she gets, if not more, including the no work release terms. robt downey jur kept getting out to film & kept sinking lower & lower in society's eyes. i think most folks incarcerated dont get out to work, esp'y if it's to club hop, jet to parties, hype her show or front a fashion.

it'll be nice to have less of her in our faces for a while, but the paps just wont leave her alone even in jail. look at how they treat those in rehab. just leave her alone so we can get some peace, before i totally stop reading tmz.com!!

and a word to her handlers & parents - you CAN still tell her to straighten up & fly right, even tho she's way famous than you! that's YOUR JOB!!!

68. Unfortunately, this skank will probably serve less than one day of her sentence. Her rich daddy will bribe someone at the jail, and they'll release skanky early due to "over crowding" at the jail. I hope I'm wrong...imagine what her roots will look like after 45 days without hair dye. That'll be hot!

72. You are ALL suckers. Listen to yourselves...you are just doing what the media wants you to do...watch their coverage of her being sent to jail.

What good is her jailtime doing for anyone except waste more taxpayer money on an ineffective system? OOOOH, WOW...she's going to suffer eating crappy food, taking a dump in the same room she sleeps. The world is laughing in glee at her. If you all hate her so much get your lazy asses off your couches and seats in front of your computer and do something more productive. And that goes for me, too.

Why not make her family pay a HUGE fine commensurate with their net worth, so that the city can pay it's finest the salary they deserve...or at least beef up patrols to prevent drunk drivers from hurting people? You know all this is going to do to her in the future is to get a permanent driver. Why doesn't the system do things that are EFFECTIVE for once!!!

75. HARVEY LEVIN: WE ARE HOLDING A 9TH GRADE MEETING TO SHOW HOW THE PARIS HILTON EPISODE IS FIRM PROOF OF "HOW NOT TO ACT" AND WHAT MONEY CAN DO IN A NEGATIVE WAY. We are using your defense of Paris on the "On The record", to prove just how deep the issue runs. You, Harvey, had a chance to call this for what it was.... you might have saved a few lives in the process; but, instead you chose to find a defense of Ms. Hilton, by making the claim that she was a "successful business person". Why, does Paris, give you some of your info. Or, did Daddy Hilton call up and put in a favor? It is either one or the other.... think on it Mr. Harvey of TMZ; who couldn't become a success with money backing on every new project that someone tried? Our normal kids out here need to work hard and focus accurately to make it in this world. Someone like Paris carries none of the grit that takes people to success. This incident, probably will be about the only thing that her celebrity might have done for good. Don't embrace her! She offers nothing to be admired for; she has numerous people behind her that are making her a success..... use her as an example to our kids of "what not to become". This would be her only good heritage that could be passed down. There is a way in life to become a character of honor. Paris is a disgrace to America and you are too, in your slimy defense of her business agenda. She has no strengths, or she would face up to this and send out a positive message to our youth.
