35. The judge called Mintz' testimony "completely worthless," and with good reason.

If the average person got insulted with this "falling on the sword -- throw him under the bus -- human shield" tactic, imagine how insulted the judge was. Mintz would have confessed to the O.J. killings, the Manson murders, and the Onion Field shooting if Hilton barked the orders to do so.

I don't think people are rooting for Hilton to go to jail just because they dislike her. Like jurors and judges, they are rooting for this punishment because no one likes having their intelligence insulted, or being lied to right to their face.

If he were a good agent, he would be able to get more clients and better clients who respect him as a professional and human being. Paris Hilton totally treated him like crap. She made him lie. She let Brandon Davis treat Elliot Mintz like a dog. Remember that tape, Brandon Davis grabbed Elliot Mintz's tie and laughed at him "Is this made in China?" It's totally disrespectful.

42. She had documents in her car at the time of her last charge stating that her license was suspended. But somehow she is just too clueless that she couldn't drive her car. You know, if it were most anyone else except Hilton, that would be absolutely lame. But given that it's Paris Hilton....a walking head with no brain, I can almost buy that. However, whether it's true or not, ignorance is no excuse for violating her probation.

"For the record, I have nothing but love and respect for Paris and her family". For the record, I wonder how much the Hilton's paid him to make that statement and be the fall guy for their selfish, dumb-a** daughter? Does this man have any self respect, or is he just as stupid as Paris?

He obviously failed to communicate our instructions to:
1) do not make any personal sex tapes
2) always wear underwear
3) don't hang with wealthy coked-up lowlife nobodies
4) don't create and perform in an idiotic tv show (that's mommy's territory)
5) stay out of the movies...you really can't act dear
6) don't coin any stupid phrases
7) don't drink and drive while retaining bad publicist

45. Justin - thanks for mentioning that. I was just thinking about that tape and thought the same thing when I watched it. I didn't know who (the little guy with the tie) was at the time, but he looked annoyed with Davis and tried to ignore it. I thought it was rude of Davis, with Hilton laughing her a** off at Lindsay Lohan's expanse behind him. Davis treated him like he was some peon servant who would put up with it. If I were Mintz at the time, I would've told him to get his god damn hands off of me. Davis is the male version of Hilton.

Looks like Mintz is more then just a servant to the plastic Princess, he's a frickin doormat.
