I'm no fan of Hilton, but this judge is wrong. This man has no business being a judge if he is going to discriminate against defendants because of who they are. If Hilton were a regular citizen, she would still be out of prison as a non-violent misdemeanor offender in an over-crowded prison system. But instead of treating Hilton as they would a regular citizen, a corrupt prosecutor and a wack-job judge use her fame as an opportunity to grandstand. Sauer is a Reagan appointee judge long known for his extreme right wing views as well as poor peer review from his fellow judges, so poor in fact that he was actually demoted to a courtroom where it was thought he could not cause any problems. The jerk and his church congregation that cheered him are probably a bunch of satanists pretending to be Christians. I'm praying for Hilton.

198. I think this whole thing is pretty funny...and ridiculous!

Paris BROKE THE LAW!!! (and not just once!) This whole thing started last September when the initial arrest was made since then she has been pulled over 3 more times ALL these times she never had a license and infact one of the other times was alcohol-related also! Paris was given MANY opportunties to stay out of jail and keep HERSELF out of trouble...all Paris had to do to avoid this whole thing was NOT DRIVE and enroll in alcohol-education classes and since she failed to do BOTH she deserves to be punished...this was the last resort for Judge Sauer since obiviously none of her other punishments worked! She may be a celeb but she has to be punished for what she did...we can't let people (no matter who they are) drink and drive it puts us all at risks!!!! and the funniest part about this whole thing is the people who seem to think that Paris is somehow above the law and she shouldn't be prisoned...are they approving of people drinking and driving...oh wait! or just celebs? because I Guarantee that if YOU would be sitting in jail if you had done the same things that Paris had done...well actaully you would prob. have been there a whole hell of a lot sooner (like the min. you failed to enroll in your alcohol-education classes since that intelf is grounds for imprisonment!!...maybe it's harsh but thats the law and being in the legal system we don't make the law we simply inforce them!!!)

199. The judge is a whack job. religious fanatic. 45 days for a traffic violation. Just send her to Cuba, or cut off her feet. The sentence was too harsh for the crime. If it was you, you would feel screwed too. She will prevail. The public has now made her a martyr. She'll be out soon. Lets all pick on someone's misfortune. What mistakes did you make when you were young? The should have fried you and left you for dead. Now you have become a narrow-minded adult redneck. I live in Hollywood. She's a good kid & her family is very generous and kind. But, being from Michigan or Montana, or some other culturally deprived wasteland, You take your anger out on things you hear in the press & don't understand. If you could match your shirt to your pants, you might actually get laid. Judge Sauer will never get reelected. Bozo the Judge..

200. I reckon the Judge is angling for his own TV show just like Judge Judy and is using Paris as a stepping stone for the exercise. As for Paris and her TV show, that just showed us how useless a blonde bimbo she really is.Her best bet is stick to daddy do the pissy time and
stop feeling sorry for yourself....
On second thoughts stick to porn, thats simple enough all she has to do is lay on her back.
