Ever heard of getting an education or a life? Your spelling is atrocious! We don't give a rat's ass about your boring comments!

47. Loving thy neighbor does not include giving them a free pass for their transgressions.

There can be no forgiveness without contrition.

Forgiveness and Justice are not mutually exclusive. In fact, to be forgiven one must atone for one's sins. Of course, that's only in real Christianity, which you probably don't see too much of here in America.

49. I can't believe Pris Hilton's mother when she says her daughter should not be going to jail if it were me my mother would hand me over to the cops to serve my time she had a chance to do the right thing like go to the alchol classes and what ever they told her to do but i guess she didn't have the time like the little people she had to go clubbing, drive around "L.A WITH TH PHOTOGRAPHS IN TOW SNAPPING HER PICTURES."doesn't she thinks the police and attorneys watch programs like EXTRA,ET,ect she's acting like the dumb blond we all know she's not she just uses that to make money, then to top it off she has an alocholic LIZZE GRUBER who mowed down the kids in New York while she was drunk as her publicist .she sholud have known better

50. I see both sides of this, I will admit I was busted for a DUI (yeah stupid me ) and paid my fines and went thru the classes and lost my license, so i feel for the crap she is going thru, But i think the judge was only trying to make a name for himself like any other judge has done who is involved in a celebrity case. 45 days is excessive, compaired to a week of community service that Naomi got for bitch slapping her helper, or Boy George got for drug possession. GET REAL people 45 days .. hell make her pick up trash !!

51. Just heard the Hiltons are trying to reach the gov swarchenegger to get their poor Paris off. How pitiful and pathetic. Her parents just don't get it. Screw the fact that Paris can kill others while driving and drinking, they just want to spare their child from jail time as if this were the end of the world.

52. If she was in Pennsylvania, it would have been 90 days mandatory, for driving while suspended for DUI.

I think mandatory minimums are wrong, but it would be worse if she got special treatment.

Ultimately, it was her responsibility. After all, it is her ass, not her publicist's, that will be put in jail. It sounds like she wanted an excuse to keep driving, despite what the judge told her, so she is blaming someone else for her own wanton disregard for the law.

If its not a country club, I'll bet she learns a little personal responsibility in 45 days.

53. Amen, brotha! ^ 5's! ....and Justice for All. 94% of people surveyed on TMZ thought the Manga got what she deserved. 94%!

Hey...where's ol' Stavi-Wonder*? Thought he flew to her side to console her.

54. O.J. goes free and Paris goes to jail, only in America. You can kill someone but don't ever drive without a little plastic card.

55. well butter my butt and call me a biscuit!! Hallelujah, Praise the Lord, and Amen. FINALLY...a judge who does his job. Other judges, take note, and do yours too.
there's no sympathy at all for parasite here. she should have gotten more for blatantly disregarding the law.
i just saw a news report that says elliot mintz is no longer associated with her (on the menu news thing on DISH tv) apparently he is going to take the blame for telling her it was ok for her to drive, so "poor little thing really didn't know she wasn't supposed to drive." she's going to try really hard to stay out of jail.
PLEASE DO NOT LET HER SLIDE ON THIS!! SHE NEEDS TO DO THE ENTIRE TIME.

i hope there is a trend starting as someone mentioned. there are children out here in the real world who, unfortunately, look up to these people. while most in la-la land have no morals, or sense of direction, we here in the real world are trying to instill these things in our kids, and they need to see that no one, no matter who they are, is above the law. NO ONE.
if i had been in that church, i would have stood up and applauded too.

56. Paris will pay enough people to get arrested so the jail will be full when she gets there so she will get off with a two hour stay like the rest of the clebs. do.

58. Please hold your GOOD coments for the judge till we see if she really doe's do the 45 days. I am so glad this judge did the right thing but the rest of then system in L.A. fails often. I say they will change it to in house arrest. That will probbly be the first time in her life she ever got grounded.

59. I'm with #51, you can kill somebody but dont break your probation.

60. Can I get an Amen! It is called taking responsibility for one's actions Paris, I know its a new concept for you but maybe it will sink in. You weren't stopped once for driving on a suspended license but twice, state troopers told you to your face YOU SHOULDN'T BE DRIVING. At least she didn't kill anyone like the handful of celebrities who have in DUI cases or reckless driving accidents. More of the super rich and powerful need to face the music. Can't wait to see the day she reports!
