94. Any judge who overturns this conviction should be tarred and feathered. This also means you, Governator. Butt out. The only higher court that may even consider looking over this case may be the Supreme or Justice Courts but I don't see them wasting their time over this. Paris, your toast! Hot toast. Ooh-rah!

95. Thank you Judge Sauer....people only want justice...rich and poor. This isn't hate for Paris, it's hate for the double standards in this country. Three offenses in three months, with 2 warning ignored is obvious disregard to the law. She does need to learn some respect in life, if not by her parents, then thank God for you. 99. Three cheers for this judge, good and well deserving job. I hope there's more judge like him who is not afraid to put people in jail like Paris who thinks she's above the law. I hope Paris and people like her learned a lesson from this, "No one is above the law, you do the crime and wait for your time. I just wondered why this judge did not put her to jail the day he found her guilty. If Paris is a poor, Asian, Black, red and purple, I am sure she'll be handcuffed right away, and put her in jail to serve her time. Or maybe the judge is just giving her a lesson because I am sure she will not spend time in jail even for a minute because of her rich parents and being so wealthy. I think Governor Arnold will be manipulated in pardoning her? Maybe the Appeals Court will reverse, but whatever it maybe, I think the 45 days in jail for Paris will only be on "Paper" and she will not spend time even for a second. If this happens like the other celebrities, who needs the judges, who needs the government. I think Paris must fear God and obey the law.

They already have over 6,000 signatures asking the Gov. to pardon PH--If anyone has one going around for those of us who support the Judge's decision and feel that she should do the time, please post so I can add my John Hancock to it.

I am not rehashing any of the points against her, we all know what they are, but those who are upset with this verdict against PH should take the time to go out and find video/pictures--anything on victims of Drunken Driving.
