62. Yet another one for the "Mea Culpa" Tour. Tag along at the end of the line, Ty. Remember when we were reading about poor ol' Mel? And how many more has it been since then? Who's next? You know there WILL be a Next. Some other celeb who thinks s/he won't get caught doing the same.........I trust this plot will turn up on the soaps.

63. I am so over the Hollywood drunks and their irresponsibility. Pretty soon, some A, B or C-lister will take out a whole family.

64. He is out there doing so much good for people in need, possibly including families with alcoholics and or drug addicts. And after all of those people he has helped, he has the audacity to drink and drive!! He has helped people with family members lost, and some with perminant perallasis, yet he chooses to drink and drive. I am having a hard time believing that he is as a good of a person as his reputation says. He may not be an alcoholic, but he'll be in rehab soon. And then it will all be over and some other celebrity will do it. I think that if you have a certain sized income, the law should fine him an EXTREMELY HIGHER percentage of fines. Plus community service cleaning up after victims of other DUI incidents. If they see the bodies of people left due to someone else's drinking and driving people in general might stop. HE NEEDS HELP!!

65. The richer they are the stupider they get. This guy has enough money to hire a fleet of limosines .. one to carry him, another to carry his ugly wardrobe and another for his hairdresser.. OH wait.. he doesn't HAVE a barber.
Sure he can give away houses to people who are in dire need, but DUH! doesn't he have to keep up appearances when he's NOT in front of the camera's?
ABC should give him a Go-Kart to drive from now on.

67. Not sticking up for what Ty did at all. But how many of us have done the same thing and luckily not gotten anyone killed, or not even been caught? If it was you or I this wouldn't be news....

68. Driving is a privilege, not a right.
If getting drunk or using drugs is your thing then before you go out for the night, have a reservation with a car service (Limo or Taxi) to take you home.
That's COOL.
Putting other peoples lives in danger is selfish and very not Cool.
Simple as that.

69. Celebrities are just human, they make mistakes and bad judgement calls just like the rest of us humans, yes, its stupid, they have the money to hire a driver, but this goes back to being human and making those bad judgement calls. He should not be fired from his job, that is to much, he does a lot of good for people. Lets just hope he learns from his mistakes the first time, pays his dues to everyone likes the rest of us would have to do and never drive drunk again.

70. It's a shame he lost his common sense on this one. His show does so much good for people who are in need and deserve a little help. It's going to be a lot harder to believe in his sincerity about helping out people when he so obviously didn't think about others before drinking and driving. He recently had a show about finishing a house that a man had started for his family before the man was killed by a drunk driver. The family was devastated and Ty made a big deal about finishing this man's dream and making sure his family was taken care of. Will he do the same if HE'S the one doing the killing? Shame on you, Ty!

71. All the good he does for people???? hahaha...funny...it's
his FREAKING JOB!

He gets paid a huge salary to be on extreme
makeover. His first book, Ty's Tricks, published by Hyperion in
2003, was a New York Times bestseller. In addition to being an author,
Pennington has just signed an exclusive multi-year agreement with
Sears. When he was in his final semester at college, Ty was
approached by a modeling scout and traveled the world and modeled for
various clothing companies and appeared in television commercials. He
moved to Los Angeles to pursue his acting career, and appeared in the
independent film, The Adventures of Ociee Nash, playing aviation
pioneer Wilbur Wright.LOL HE IS AN ACTOR!!!! All those tears he
drops are for ratings...the media has really fooled you guys!

72. Ok, so he may have had a few drinks or whatever. We all know how the media works. I don't believe half of what they report anymore. Anyone who has ever had their face on TV, movie screen or in the paper, if they fart, someone from the rag mag's are right there to make a buck of of it. These people make me fricking sick!!

73. It happens to everyone people. Not just famous people. People make mistakes learn from them and move foward. Why is it that everyone puts more attention on famous people's mistakes then their own, their family, friends, co-workers, ect. It is embarasing enough as it is and then for eveyone's two cents is just ridiculous. I am positive evryone here has made a mistake in their life, I could bet more than one. I am sure you all have done something embarrasing in your life and how would you like it if strangers flooded you with there judgments. If this is all you have to worry about in your lives God Bless You.
