Paris Hilton could break out of her 45-day jail sentence six days ahead of schedule -- but only if she's on her best behavior. In other words, she MUST serve 39 days minimum, and there's no way out earlier.
TMZ has learned that Hilton is eligible for a "Good Time/Work Time" credit, a federal mandate which offers a chance to leave the joint early -- for inmates sentenced to 11 days or more. According to the mandate, every four days that an inmate spends behind bars "in an acceptable manner" will count as six. So, as long as Paris doesn't smuggle in a BlackBerry or stab a fellow inmate with a shank carved from a bar of soap -- she should be back at Hyde after just 39 orange jumpsuit-clad days!
Another way Hilton could be released sooner is if the jails became overcrowded in a short period of time due to a special circumstance, like a giant city-wide riot. A federal order would allow the most non-violent offenders to be released first to make room.
Police sources tell us that the Hollywood hills resident will enjoy a 24-person POD for "special needs inmates," and she'll be bunking with a fellow convict. Finally, being a socialite comes in handy!
The judge has ordered that the celebutante is to receive "no alternative sentencing," which means no work furlough, no home detention, and no city jail programs. And you thought being an heiress was easy.

That would of been icing on the cake I really hope paris does her time ,she needs to just because she is paris that she can play dumb and be above the law.
special, secure, private section ....SO WHAT
SHE SHOULDN'T HAVE TO GO AT ALL !
No one else goes for driving after suspension !
It's very rare and you unually have to have a record a mile long with guns and violence, not 3 violations !
The judge is a real bastard !
I Agree with Dee Dee, She is going to be kept away from other inmates, I understand that she is a celeb, but there is no point to making her go to jail if she gets a bunch of special treatment. There is no way that if anyone here had received a DUI and then got pulled over for Driving without a suspended license that I would even think to do it again. This stuff where Paris acts like she is only going to jail because she is a celebrity, is absolute horse crap. She should have been sentenced to the full 90 days just do to the fact of every fathers little girl who idolizes Paris Hilton. Anything less than 45 days is an insult to the judicial system.
It looks like the Parasite has paid some people to come on here and defend her. Now that is pathetic. Watch out because you know the herp is highly contagious!

I agree with #11, this is ridiculous! Going to jail for driving under suspension! The judge is a pathetic loser who just wants to be in the news himself. I'm no fan of Paris but the justice system is WHACK!
Maybe she should have butchered two people and left her DNA all over it so she too could go free.
FREE PARIS! FREE PARIS!!
That's okay Paris, just take Tommy Lee's book "Tommyland" there is a whole chapter in there about his experience in the clink!
She should go to jail she has a total disregard for the law and thinks she is a superior being and the rules dont apply to her telling the judge that she did not know?? if an ordinary person off the street said that to a judge he would laugh and proablly go yeah right and give you an extra 5 days for contempt. Maybe 45 days is a little harsh for miss hilton but she got a dui and continiued driving she could have killed somebody she should be gratefull that she is not going to jail for manslaughter not once has she admitted guilt all she can cry about is how unfair poor me maybe jail will make her think twice about being a phony fake ass bitch..................
dear coward killer stern--the Juge did the right thing---he saw how she did not care about the law and i think he thought this was the best way for her not to kill anyone by driving drunk
I hope she does go to jail, it will be great! 45 days without seeing or hearing about Parasite Hilton!!! What a wonderful world!
AM SICK TO DEATH OF HEARING ABOUT THIS WORTHLESS POP TART WHO SEEMS TO HAVE NO REDEEMING CHARACTER AT ALL. SHE APPARENTLY DOES NOT UNDERSTAND THE ERROR OF HER WAYS OR IS TOO ARROGANT TO ADMIT THEM. MOST PEOPLE WOULD AT LEAST ADMIT THEIR WRONG DOING AND EXPRESS SOME REGRET FOR THEIR ACTIONS. NOT THIS BABE ... AND THAT IS WHAT INFURIATES THE PUBLIC. HER OUTRAGEOUS SENSE OF ENTITLEMENT WHICH IS REINFORCED BY HER EQUALLY ARROGANT PARENTS WHO NEED TO ATTEND PARENTING CLASSES.
HEY ....I HAVE A FANTASTIC...SOLUTION...FOR PARIS AND MOMMA PARIS.....
THEY MUST BE SOBER.!!!!......PUT THEM IN THE CAR WITH A DRUNK DRIVER........BEHIND THE WHEEL........MAYBE THIS WOULD STRAIGHTEN....THERE ASSES OUT...........JAIL DOESNT EVEN COME CLOSE TO PUNISHMENT ......ANY WAY ....THIS BIMBO....WILL DO IT AGAIN ....ANYWAY ....!!!!!!!!
Paris doesn't act normally in an 'acceptable manner'...or she wouldn't be in this mess she is in.
She needs to act like an adult for once, do the 45 days & GROW UP !
Whine whine whine....
I have three words for your Paris. Ooodles of Noodles.
I agree with Janice. You people really have so little responsibility in your lives that you have this much time to invest in hating someone YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW???? We all read tabloid websites and magazines for the entertainment involved, but you guys talk as though either a)everything you read in these tabloids is synonymous to the Bible or b)you have a personal vendetta against Paris Hilton because of some intimate experience you shared with her.
Whether or not this sentence is the best plan or even suffice for the crime committed, it's still just a minor driving offense. She's still just a person you don't know. Get over it.
It's about time a California judge, or any judge lately for that matter, shows some kahunas and looks beyond her 'celebrity' status and makes her pay for her actions just like any of us would have to. She's not being treated unfairly, she thumbed her nose at the law and this is what happens. Oh and Paris, IGNORANCE IS NOT BLISS. Ever heard that? Now you know!
KUDOS to you Your Honor!
She has maybe a year left with as much attention. She's overexposed. Look at how unlimited money in rearing her succeeded:
* Heir to massive fortune
* Dropped out of High School
* Later obtained GED
* No College degree at age 26
* Constant drinking and drug use
* Constant lack of morals
* Reliance on PR people for what to do
* Broke driving laws many times, was caught at least 3 times
* Now thinks she is being treated unfairly
* Parents spent a fortune with the wrong type of lawyer to get her off the charges
* She'll get out of this more popular than ever and then fall off over time, she is now vulnerable to the next big thing the media wants to focus on
* She won't age well / marry well / Mom well...unless she somehow starts waking up
