Paris Hilton could break out of her 45-day jail sentence six days ahead of schedule -- but only if she's on her best behavior. In other words, she MUST serve 39 days minimum, and there's no way out earlier.
TMZ has learned that Hilton is eligible for a "Good Time/Work Time" credit, a federal mandate which offers a chance to leave the joint early -- for inmates sentenced to 11 days or more. According to the mandate, every four days that an inmate spends behind bars "in an acceptable manner" will count as six. So, as long as Paris doesn't smuggle in a BlackBerry or stab a fellow inmate with a shank carved from a bar of soap -- she should be back at Hyde after just 39 orange jumpsuit-clad days!
Another way Hilton could be released sooner is if the jails became overcrowded in a short period of time due to a special circumstance, like a giant city-wide riot. A federal order would allow the most non-violent offenders to be released first to make room.
Police sources tell us that the Hollywood hills resident will enjoy a 24-person POD for "special needs inmates," and she'll be bunking with a fellow convict. Finally, being a socialite comes in handy!
The judge has ordered that the celebutante is to receive "no alternative sentencing," which means no work furlough, no home detention, and no city jail programs. And you thought being an heiress was easy.

Why should she be any different than someone else who violates probation.
If it would have been me I would have to sit in Jail. Of course, I know how to read and would have known that I wasn't allowed to drive. She has enough money hire someone to drive her if she needs to go somewhere.

Her lawyers are appealing the case she could always claim that she is stupid listening to others that she could drive even with no licence. Her mother is a poor excuse of being one so is her father. Either one of them took the time in raising Paris to be an adult with responibilites. Conrad Hilton raised his family to work hard. If his kids could have known how hard it was for the old man to make money and the respect he had for others the kids would not be acting so stupid and have no respect for their name.Mr Hilton busted his butt working in the mines in New Mexico .My grandparents worked and knew them well and they never drank or took advantage of others. For those of you that are supporting Paris's delusion that she was unfairly treated, and that she just had a traffic infraction and she was targeted, etc.
The point is that Paris drove while intoxicated., and was given the chance to redeem herself by being put on probation, attend alcohol prevention classes, and oh lets not forget don't drive for a period of time. Think about all of those times she was seen driving by the paparazzi, but was never pulled over. She drove and drove and drove. Then she got stopped was told her license was suspended, signed a document acknowledging that she knew her license was suspended. Then she gets caught again after that driving on a suspended license, no headlights, while speeding. Paris never bothered to even sign up for the class the court sentenced her to. She is late for court and her bipolar Mother mouths off at anyone looking in her direction. Why does that b*tch think she should not go to jail???? She was given the opportunity to pay a lesser penalty and she blew each opportunity off.
