Celebrity Justice
Paris WILL Do the Time

Paris HiltonParis Hilton could break out of her 45-day jail sentence six days ahead of schedule -- but only if she's on her best behavior. In other words, she MUST serve 39 days minimum, and there's no way out earlier.

TMZ has learned that Hilton is eligible for a "Good Time/Work Time" credit, a federal mandate which offers a chance to leave the joint early -- for inmates sentenced to 11 days or more. According to the mandate, every four days that an inmate spends behind bars "in an acceptable manner" will count as six. So, as long as Paris doesn't smuggle in a BlackBerry or stab a fellow inmate with a shank carved from a bar of soap -- she should be back at Hyde after just 39 orange jumpsuit-clad days!

Another way Hilton could be released sooner is if the jails became overcrowded in a short period of time due to a special circumstance, like a giant city-wide riot. A federal order would allow the most non-violent offenders to be released first to make room.

Police sources tell us that the Hollywood hills resident will enjoy a 24-person POD for "special needs inmates," and she'll be bunking with a fellow convict. Finally, being a socialite comes in handy!

The judge has ordered that the celebutante is to receive "no alternative sentencing," which means no work furlough, no home detention, and no city jail programs. And you thought being an heiress was easy.

91. What a treat to see a judge do the proper thing and set a reasonable sentence.

Paris, if you read this:
"Maybe 10 years from now you will realize this was right and just and you will have learned from this series of bad choices that led to the sentence. Furthermore, may you fess up and take the medicine, instead of portraying yourself as a spoiled child. You did it, now own it. Learn, grow and move on, avoiding the path that ends in jail or a ruined life, ruined health and ruined emotions. Those are the three things that await 10 years from now, if you continue balking the truth."

92. How Miss Hilton can beleive that the sentence was "unfair and unwarranted" is beyond me. At least finally she will know that she is not above the law. The sentence was completely warranted for violation of probation and her not attending the court mandated meetings. Sorry Miss Hilton in this instance you are being treated like one of us commoners! Go Justice System!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

93. Do you think she really writes her own myspace blogs? If she's too busy to do her own mail, actually she probably is, than she's probably not writing her own myspace either.

You'd think someone would advise her better on this mess. She needs to start keeping her mouth shut. She needs to pubically apolgize and just get the jail-time over with. She'll be fine, I doubt she's going to die in jail or be raped.

Martha Stewart came out OK, Paris can too!

98. I don't give a damn about 'Poor, Widdle, 26-years-old-and-not-12-years-old Pahwuss' crying, moaning, and whining - She could have KILLED SOMEONE, for God's sake!

And the scariest part is -- she and her equally ridiculous family STILL think she is a victim of the world and everyone in it, and NOTHING is her fault or responsibility!

Arnold, if you pardon her, I swear to God -- I will NEVER vote for you or anything or anyone you endorse EVER AGAIN!!!!! EVER!!!!!!!!

100. If Paris can't even be responsible enough to take it upon herself to familiarize HERSELF with the terms of her probation, then perhaps she's not even responsible enough to be driving in the first place. DUI"S are serious and it just shows how disrespectful she is of everyone else around her not to take her probation serious enough to see it's importance. Oh, wait, let me ask my milkman what my probation entails, and if I violate it, I can blame him! She's such a loser. Enjoy the clink.

104. What I like best is the fact that the judge stipulated "No Alternative Sentencing." Can't skate out of this one, Paris. You're going to lock-up.

105. What a shame that the "HILTON fortune" can't give Paris an education !
Is it enough to have money ? I think it is ! No education ????? needed; "they" can hire "PEOPLE" to read their "mail" and "stuff " ....they - the rich & famous - only have to sign on the dotted line...... . And she did !
How stupid are you PARIS ? Obviously you are more than we actually knew. Is that possible ?
