Slight Altar-ation in Paris/Church Story

A few newspaper websites are reporting that the judge who sentenced Paris Hilton did not get a standing ovation in church last Sunday.
Judge Sauer - Paris Hilton
They were right. Turns out the ovation was Saturday -- the day after Michael T. Sauer dropped the hammer on Hilton. Our bad, assuming people only go to church on Sunday.

According to several God-fearing witnesses, Judge Sauer went the day before, and as he walked in, the congregation erupted in applause. Several parishioners buttonholed the judge to express their approval.

Amen.

31. #22 HOW MANY TIMES HAS PARIS WHILE OUT WITH HER FRIENDS, HUMILATED, AND DEGRADED, OTHERS?
ALSO REMEBER WHEN SHE HAD A HIT ANOTHER VECHICLE AND JUST DROVE OFF ALL IN FRONT OF THE CAMERAS, ALL THE WHILE LAUGHING WITH HER DRUNKEN BUDDIES.

AND I REALLY SERIOUSLY DOUBT THAT SHE WILL BE SEXUALLY ASSUALTED IN THE COUNTRY CLUB PRISON SHE WILL BE GOING TO. AFTER ALL SHE WILL HAVE HER OWN PRIVATE CELL. SOMEONE NEEDS TO TELL THE SLUT WHAT TO DO, HER PARENTS HAVEN'T.

IF SHE IS SO DUMB NOT TO KNOW THAT SHE IS NOT SUPPOSED TO DRIVE WITH SUSPENDED LICENSE, THAT SHE HAS TO ASK HER MANAGER, MAYBE SHE NEEDS TO KEEP THE FAMILY CHAUEFFER ON 24/7 CALL.

THE SLUT GOT WHAT SHE DESERVED, AND THANK GOD THERE WAS JUDGE WITH THE BALLS TO GIVE IT TO HER.

32. That's dumb.
Seriously, how christian like is it to applause someone ruling on a specific person.
I mean, I know they may justify that for sayign she broke the law, yada yada- but we all know the truth.
That just burns me up.
People make mistakes.
Way to go, christian community.

Man, that pisses me off

33. All of this joyful exuberance and celebration is what I would expect if this was OJ going to jail... but such a festive celebration taking pleasure in the suffering of a naughty celebrity socialite who is going to jail for driving under the influence? Where have the times gone when Americans were soft on pretty young socialites whose naughty frolicsome antics drew less pleasure in their sufferings than the pleasure taken in the sufferings of a murderer? Where have the times gone when Americans were gaga over flighty scatterbrained socialites? There is something wrong and very sick about this joyful exuberance and celebration of a sometimes naughty, sometimes pantyless, socialite party-girl going to jail. She got busted for DUI and she's going to the pokey for probation violation. Not murder! This is not OJ going to jail. Think for a moment about what you are celebrating. Maybe you will realize some sensibility and lighten up. America's most hated murderer is still free. You are not celebrating OJ going to the big house! This is only the naughty, head-in-the-clouds, Paris Hilton going to the county clink for a DUI probation violation.

34. A publicity seeking incompetent man who has been able to con the legal system and get on the bench. He should have chosen a better method that could have proven to be rehabilitative not the publicity stunt he pulled in court for 15 minutes of cheap fame. He falls into the same cateogory as Sheidlin in Fla. who claimed Anna Nicole Smith's body was his. Both are cut from the same mold, they are probably impotent and try to make a name for themselves with women. Idiots, they should be reviewed by the eithics committee and be censored.

35. Its sad that people seem to think that the only way its acceptable for her to go to jail (for breaking the law...) is if she killed someone. Glad her fans are as classy as she is.

37. Bodo--even more posts, in fact, fast and furious posts would be coming in if OJ was going to finally pay for what he did-but, paris is a good substitute!

paris is a rude, mean-spirited bimbo!

38. That Hilton family makes me ill. What a joke. The mother acts like a spoiled child, so it is no wonder those brats of hers don't have a clue! Thank God for a judge that cares about what examples are out there for our children who will need to actually work for a living and deal with right and wrong!!

39. i think paris hiliton should do the time she got away with it a couple times before and she keeps doing it again so i think she should do the time. normal people that dont have any celebrity status would be going to jail the same day of the court hearing so why should ms.dumbass get away with it

40. Paris is crying (?) to the public after (1) being convicted of DUI and then being caught while driving with a SUSPENDED License. She should be serving SIX MONTHS, minimum.

41. Well I actually feel sorry for her; she was raised by an ignorant social climbing whore who is so completely out of her league.

42. She's not going to jail for the DUI, she's going to jail because a conditon of her probation was NOT TO DRIVE....PERIOD. She not only drove once, but drove, and was caught, numerous times. This is what she thumbed her nose at and she deserves to go to jail.

For those who think she doesn't deserve it well l hope your will never have to so good-bye to a loved one . IN MEMORY OF GEORGE A. REAVES killed by a drunk driver and the driver never spent a night in jail and his family is very happy. AND FOR OURS WILL NEVER AND I DO MEAN NEVER BE THE SAME!!!!!!!!!!!!!

44. I did 10 days & nights for similar bone-headed behavior, back when I was 19 years-old. It taught a good lesson, but I fear this socialite will wiggle free of doing the whole 45 days. If she served 30 days I would be surprised, but it was high-time something was done about her and this pack of idiot 20-something celebs.
Now it is time for Lohan or Spears to get their come-uppance. Can't be too soon for me.

It is the lowest common denominator to view their antics, and even more so, when they get their just desserts and I wish we could stop watching, but we can't...we are all very High School when it comes to
celebrity mis-haps. It is rare that see any good behavior or philanthropy by these people, just want to see who is screwing who or getting in trouble. Shame on the whole world. We are all small-minded.
