110. The round of applause was an appropriate response from God-fearing bible-thumping vindictive hypocrites. The bible says to forgive, to pray for those who need God's help and to turn the other cheek. I see none of that in this instance. If these zealots were actually out for justice, they would find that there are a heck of a lot more dangerous people around than Paris Hilton to direct their virtriol towards. Ms. Hilton obviously has problems. Her parents did a poor job, they gave her no limitations nor instilled values. They wanted to be her friends rather than her parents. Now, after a life of being allowed to get away with childish behavior, she's having to face the consequences.
Her incarceration is nothing to cheer about unless you hate women or are jealous of her wealth. Instead of applauding, they might have tried some introspection and considered the job they are doing as parents. On that point, their example to their children is a poor one.

You can and do have a right to post your opinion. I am sorry if you have suffered in your life from cruelty. I have my opinion also.
It is not that Paris made a mistake, your right we all make them. The point is not that at all.
It's that she dose not feel she should face any consequences! as we all must when or if we make mistakes to the magatude Paris has.
That is why most people are resentful over this issue. You or I would have already done some time behind bars.
Don't be too loyal David, In a heart beat Paris would give you up to do her time if she could. She did get caught, Not once but 3 times!.
