SHE WAS NOT EVEN DRUNK WHEN SHE GO THE FIRST CHARGE ! SHE HAD ONE DRINK ,, .08 THAT IS NOT DRUNK ! YET SADLY ENOUGH TO CONVICT SOMEONE.

I think the .08 law is unfair to everyone and it should be moved back to where it was years ago !
