Bobby Trendy: I'm the Next Rosie!

Rosie O'Donnell is ditching "The View" after this season -- and none other than celebufriend/designer Bobby Trendy is gunning for her spot.

TMZ spotted the train wreck taffeta-wrapped tastemaker outside Sugar last night, where he expressed his desire to join the daily gab-fest, telling our cameras, "I have many views and I love confrontation ... just give me a week on 'The View,' get the Trendy view." Wouldn't you just love to see Trendy sassing out Babwa or giving Joy a horrendous, pink-lace, tulle and rhinestone makeover? Maybe not.

Trendy then showed off his purported skills by commenting on current events, giving his glossy-lipped insight into Paris Hilton's upcoming jail stint.

66. Everyone who commented here as if Bobby seriously thinks he could be a View cohost, go look at yourself in the mirror. You're starring at a HUGE moron! He obviously meant this as a joke, as he means everything. If you weren't so thick-headed (and homophobic) you'd know that! 70. If there's a chance in hell this could ever happen then I think I'm going to start buying lottery tickets. I don't watch the View but I'm pretty sure if I did, having Bobby Trendy in my living room every day would be enough to make me turn the television off....probably for a really long time. I agree w/the others Harvey...stop giving this fool any press because some of us just can't resist commenting on him but if we weren't continually reminded of his existence his name would probably never pop into our heads.
