5. HEY TMZ...since when is 45 days in the pokey considered harsh, when a misdemeanor offense carries a sentence of 12 months! There are 1000's of people that spend more time than that just trying to make bond!!! And she will get out before 45 days and the judge knew that before he passed sentence.

14. Simon and Randy are retarded. Paris is racist and it is amazing that a black man would defend her. Even though Simon is a total dog who cheats on his "serious girlfriend" all of the time, he should still be pissed at Paris' racist comments as his "serious girlfriend" is black!! The only reason that stars defend her is because they hope that someone will defend them when their double lives and screw ups come to light. Paris and anyone who defends her can ROT.
