16. Sending Paris to jail is the dumbest, most useless thing I can think of. This girl may be a dimwit, but there are real criminals running around out there that actually BELONG in jail. 45 days in jail for this girl is just a waste of taxpayer money, this judge could have thought of a more creative, and less costly way for Paris to pay for her insignificant(not the OUI, but driving without a license) crime. I think this is the single most useless reason to lock someone up that's on the books. Especially in this circumstance. This could be turned into something good, make her do some sort of MADD tour thing and community service or something. Snoop Dogg has been caught with guns and drugs like 3 times THIS YEAR and he's not in jail. This is ridiculous, this judge is an ass. Take one look at this girl and tell me she belongs locked up. Such a waste of an opportunity to turn this into something positive.

20. Why does everyone hate paris so much? She's 'America's Girl' and she has done nothing to hurt ANY of you. It's so sad that there are so many jealous people that would resort to this sort of name calling and harassment.

TMZ stop hounding her so much, it's just plain cruel on what you are doing. At least she has class and doesn't act like a child like you all do. All of you did the same thing to Anna Nicole and look where she is at now. Leave Paris alone, she deserves to be treated with respect and love.

What does THAT tell ya? Someone maybe needs a serious reality check? Try a mirror...
People are not skewered for no reason. Other people will jump to their defense if it feels unjust. Behaving like a self-serving anarchist gets people's ires up. People want and expect equality within the justice system. If your girl were an innocent, she wouldn't be facing time.

28. You people who think we're all jealous of her beauty & wealth are delusional (especially the person who worships her as an American Princess ~ what a joke! Can't you read? She is greatly despised!). She is not held in high esteem due to her own actions (she's rude, has no morals and truly believes the world revolves around her). Everyone is TIRED of her.

These few days in a horrible place (private quarters, of course) without a crowd of people fussing over her every move and telling her that she is the center of the universe will be (should be) good for her.

This person has the potential to be a positive influence on society. It is just so UNREALIZED and seems like an impossibility, but just imagine the good she could do if she could just take her eyes off herself, if she actually had the capacity to CARE about others.

I'm not jealous of her. I feel sorry for her. She is pathetic and offers the world nothing positive at all.
