66. Paris is not America's Girl, as somebody wrote here.

She's merely the daughter of wealthy, privileged parents who apparently didn't do a good job raising her. Her sister Nicky doesn't seem to get into this kind of trouble, so I don't know how much I'll blame the parents, although every child is different and reacts differently to parenting, just as parents react differently to each child.

Paris has been pushed in our faces.
Paris has damaged our society by demeaning females, making disgusting, slutty behavior seem commonplace and desirable to a whole generation of young girls.

And these "redemption" photos and statements are a bit too much. Now she's wearing a lot more clothes and mothering dogs. If this is the "real" Paris, the public has never been allowed to see her until now.

I don't care about Paris herself, but I am tired of celebrities running our society and attempting to run our politics, foreign policy, and even military actions. I've just had enough.

TMZ, I challenge you to start featuring regular people who are out there in the world doing real things. Most of us really aren't interested in how slutty or disgusting a particular celebrity is on Thursday. Tell us something INTERESTING.

67. Hey, Willy -keep up. After receiving a D.U.I, she was sentenced to 36 months probation, suspended liscence, and req'd to register for a mandated drunk driving course by a certain date. After that, she got caught driving while suspended the first time, probably claimed ignorance, cop had her SIGN a waiver as proof that she KNEW she was not to drive suspended, she got caught AGAIN, speeding at night with her headlights off (gee, I wonder why her lights were off - trying to avoid detection?), plus didn't register by the required date for the drunk driving course. That's three offences. These are multiple breaches of court order terms of probation, so multiple days sentenced accordingly. She's lucky she didn't get 90. According to some commenters on TMX, there might also be plenty of incriminating photos/videos on the web of her driving & getting in and out of her car from events that post-date her liscence suspension that she wasn't even called upon to answer for.

69. The only bad part of this spoiled brat going to jail is that overcrowding may means she doesn't serve the whole sentence. I do hope theyt manage to find the room for her full stay.

As for all the whiners, including Paris herself and her pathetic mother, who think this sentence is "unfair" or for the minor offense of no license, guess again. She violated probation for the serious crime of DUI and that should not be forgotten. Having more money than sense, she got a great deal of just a fine and an order to attend alcohol education and a suspended license.

Ms. Hilton couldn't be bothered to attend the classes required and should have been jailed for that alone. But then she was TWICE caught violating her suspension using lame lies about "not knowing" and blaming others. It was only dumb luck this arrogant twit has not hurt someone driving drunk and she shows not a sign of any responsibility or intention of following rules. Jail might be the wake up call that saves her life and that of others.

Her sentence is no one's fault but her own. I hope she is completely miserable in jail because her actions put her there.
