256. It is the parent's fault! surely it is theor responsibility to ensure their 15 yr old daughter is at home not faking ID to get in to clubs. By the look of the pic this girl had only one thing in mind and that was to get herself seen with someone famous. Akon was the victim not her. No one has mentioned the club owners whose security allow underage girls into their club. Akon is an artisit he cannot be expected to check ID this is the responsibility of the club where the event was held. It is people like this girl that ruin the names of decent artists. I can't believe TMZ is calling this simulated rape. Believe or not this is way people get down in clubs all over the world!

257. Frankly, this is a cultural misunderstanding. In America that kind of dancing is frowned upon because it simulates sex where as in the Caribbean where I grew up....that is the way we dance....it is not uncommon for a guy to lift a girl up in the air and "jam" her...that is what you call in our culture a good "WUK UP"......wrappin this up....unless something occured off stage I see this as a sad attempt to get money. I just pray that it does not change how Soca artist perform in the US and deter American Artists from coming to the Caribbean.

Akon is an adult. Even though rappers have a stereotype of being disrespectful and crude, he should have known a little better than to do something like that on stage. Clearly he wasn't thinking with his brain. It has nothing to do with being in another country it all comes down to the principle of the matter. If he had done that in any other place, there would be the same reaction from everyone, if possible, it would have been much worse. But thanks to his irresponsibility, he has now lost his contract with verizon and won't be going on tour with gwen blah blah blah.

264. Cut Akkon some slack here... They all know the words to Akkons songs, what some are all about...so i dont understand why people are trippin' over it now...

No doubt Danah is at fault .The club should also take some responsiblity for letting a minor enter a concert made for adults (18 and over).. How was he suppose to know she was 15 when Danah not only dressed like she was older, but also performed on stage like she knew what she was doing and enjoying it... No harm done if she's all smiles about it, claims it to be one of her best girls night out and also go as far as posting it all over myspace!
