48. Akon is just as vile in his lyrics as actions on stage previously has displayed..participants may be willing but does that mean "you just do it ..because you can"? Just sad when entertainers have to add shock value to their appearances in order to sell tickets. What does that say to those that
support these subculture human beings?

Akon has had "wholesome" PR run ever since the "Who's Your Trinidaddy" appearance.
I would not believe anything that came out of that camp.

I am particulary amazed at how Idol has cast forth real talent to be nutured; and has in previous shows, taken over the audience and pushed the payola of "tune outlets" to the back burner, who no longer are dictating what a listener can hear or not hear..Idol gives the unknown a chance and now with the "band" Idol..your local favorite bands will be getting a break.

Then those like "Trinidaddy " will find their fans tuning in to the next Idol artists.

49. I work with kids like this and many of them act out sexually b/c of previous sexual abuse. For those who are calling her names, I hope that nobody ever calls any child you know names -- we are supposed to be helping them grow up, not pushing them further down. As for Akon, simulated sex probably isn't the best idea for a show, this being one of many reasons why.

If he is allowed to behave unseemingly in the US, be assured that will not be condoned in other parts of the world . We are more conservative, a child can mis behave and be safe from dirty old men. We are always told when we visit rhe US if We do like we can leave. He can do the same he should keep his slutty ass at home and stop INTERFERING with little girls. After all the sex trade in all the other countries are being funded by WESterners. Makes one wish for f**king Socialism. It tends to make them stay their Slutty asses at home. 54. Wow you people are hilarious... Ive seen the video and its pretty bad. NO props to Akon for even doing something like that on stage. Why would anyone wanna see him do something like that? I cant stand rap artists... But on the otherhand, the video was pretty long, this girl could have stopped him the minute it started. 15 year olds are NOT innocent these days, the world has changed signifigantly. I trully do NOT think she minded at all. And why is everyone saying its simulated rape? Thats just a old fashioned dirty rough sex simulation if you ask me! And she was laying down before he even got on top of her...... she knew what was coming, and she just wanted attention. 58. This "little" girl is on of the major reasons that us Trini women are branded as "whores and easy" here in North America. I am embarrassed. My parents would never allow me out in public like that (in fact I never owned anything that revealing and stil don't and I am 33 now). Her parents should take 95% of the blame and the other 5% is hers. I don't think the public should judge Akon - what else do you expect (listen to his music).
