You ask why the woman wasn't jailed for attempted murder. For all we know, that's going to happen. This happened a couple of weeks ago - murder trials only happen two weeks after the fact on television. In real life, they take months or longer to bring. It's entirely possible that the district attorney is currently considering aggravated assault or even attempted murder charges - but since, assuming the charges will be brought, the trial is a year off, Sandra and Jesse need a restraining order to keep the crazy lady away from them until she goes to jail.

19. Yep, I'm missing AppleHead too - and BrickLayer. To the one who says TMZ wasn't accurate, read it again. It says Bullock and James' 10 yr. old son. Jesse James has a 10 yr. old son and Bullock was there with him so why is it inaccurate to say Bullock and James' 10 yr. old son watched?

20. Naturally, they played the scene out there on the driveway. And I am sure the kiddos were not in on the hoax. But put the family paks of twinkies down and listen for a minute. YOU DON'T GET JUST A RESTRAINING ORDER FOR ATTEMPTED MURDER. A vehicle is considered a weapon. The D.A. in this county knows that 2 and 2 aren't making 4. Otherwise this perpetrator/actress would be in the pokey. She was bailed out like the same or next day!!! But I am sure she was paid PLENTY to play her part. Say, wonder how Sandra's new movie is doing? And April, I have a nice brick with your name all over it.

25. That R.O. is not going to stop this crazed nut. I admire Sandra for showing up though.Sends a better message to the nut than just a piece of paper. The fact that she did it at all is horrible, but in front of a child really pisses me off.Shows she she wont stop at nothing. Who is this woman?who is her family? she was driving a pretty nice car.

27. No, I haven't been "ordered" to stay away from TMZ. In fact they've offered me a paid position to work on their staff. I turned it down. And it might interest you to know I have been contacted by a certain someone's rep and offered an apology AND a check. That is all I have to say about the matter.

30. So just because Sandra didn't give birth to the boy means he can't be her son??? People are adopted every day, and gladly call their adopted parents/children "mom and dad" or "son/daughter". TMZ's story can be accurate by referring to a step-son as her son...and boo to you for diminishing the relationhsip that many people have with children who aren't flesh and blood.
