Court Tells Crazed Fan: Stay Away from Sandra!

TMZ was in court this morning as an Orange County Superior Court judge granted Sandra Bullock protection from an obsessed fan.

Marcia Valentine was ordered to stay at least 500 yards away from Bullock, her husband motorcycle mogul Jesse James and his children for three years. The judge also made it clear that the A-list couple could use video and audio surveillance as protection.

Bullock, even though she was not required to be there, took this matter so seriously she was present in court to request the restraining order.

According to cops, Bullock and James' 10-year-old child looked on in horror as Marcia "attempted three or four times to run Jesse James over with her silver Mercedes."

Jesse was unhurt during the alleged incident.

You see even they need a bit more proof than their words. Just as we all do.

33. Actually April is not the only one entertained by AppleHead and BrickLayer's posts. I've read racist, sexist, homophobic and down right mean mean comments but the two of you take blogging to the next level. I had to turn around and tell my co-workers about those comments and we're all giggles.

I've never laughed so hard in my life. Come on now, who wasn't picked on as a child? I was physically and verbally tormented and was miserable but I got over it. Throwing a brick at a little girl's head is NOT okay and thinking it is goes to show why a nutjob would walk onto a college campus and start shooting people.

And btw, Sandra Bullock does not run nor own the D.A.'s office. She can not keep this nutjob (I strongly suspect AppleHead took the money from a certain person's rep to purchase a Mercedes to run a certain person's husband over with) in jail so that is why she filed a restraining order against you. Oops, I mean the nutjob.

36. Sandra is A-list on my list, she is a nice, down to earth person compared to a lot of actors and actressses, so quit dissing her!! And she is beautiful, I'd like to see what YOU look like.

I would like to know what the stalker's problem is, and why she is so obsessed... haven't read much details on her background and why she is being this way. Though I guess someone psychotic doesn't need a REAL reason.

Hate that Sandra and her husband have to deal with this sort of thing, need stronger laws to protect people from these psychos.
