KY Restaurant Owner: O.J. Should Kill Lawsuit Plans

If O.J. Simpson tries to legally pursue the restaurant owner who banned him from his place, the Goldman family will have his back.

Kentucky restaurant owner Jeff Ruby was on "The Big Show With Steve Mason & John Ireland" on ESPN Radio last night, saying, "I got a phone call from the Goldman lawyers, and he's not going to be able to do this lawsuit anyway, because they've already taken preemptive action in case there is a claim." Ruby says any money Simpson might win would go to the Goldmans, who would then give it back to Ruby.

Simpson's attorney, Yale Galanter, said earlier this week that he feels the banishment was racially motivated and had nothing to with ex-football star being accused of murder. Galanter, according to the AP, said he would pursue the matter further and might try to go after the restaurant's liquor license.

Ruby would then have to again decide whether he wanted to serve the juice.

46. #30 what did you do, pedal a bike in that area. I worked up the street from Nicoles condo at the time this was going on. We were also doing a job at a house that literally backed up to OJ's house. Even in LA traffic at rush hour he could have made it in the time frame let alone late at night. Funny how OJ is only black when its convienent, Kinda like Michael Jackson. Rest of the time hes white.

51. Well, I guess we'll discuss just about anything now, won't we? OJ is really not worth our time or effort. I, like many, watched every detail of that (both) trial, read several books and, finally, just gave it up. People, this is not about race. It's how we feel about the injustices that he keeps getting away with time and time again. There's not a doubt in my mind that he murdered Nicole and Ron but nothing will bring them back to this insane world we live in...see, there are rewards. And, it's not the money the Goldman's want. Try to imagine their pain...when there's no other way to fight, here on planet earth, we resort to money which is basically meaningless once your life has been ripped apart. Let's go onto some other "celebrity" and get down on them.

The Goldman's lost a son/brother. Kinda hard to "get a life" when you know someone has killed a member of your family & got away with it in criminal court OJ, however lost in the wrongful death suit and was ordered to pay. OJ hasn't paid a dime to them and I really believe the Goldman's would rather have Ron back than any amount of money OJ could ever pay them. You can't "repay" a parent for the loss of a son. OJ is nothing but a piece of trash that got away with murder...the jury even admitted to that after the trial. If he is so broke, as he claims, where is he getting all this money to go clubbing?

60. I am sick TO DEATH of people claiming racially motivated intentions when things have NOTHING TO DO WITH THAT!! Perhaps it really is just because O.J. Simpson, regardless of his color or race, killed two other people. Do ya think? Maybe? OJ is such an asshole!
