136. Maybe he should get a job and stop trying to get his hands on what funds Whitney has left.

The only reason he wants to spend time with his daughter is for the support that he would get from Whitney. Seeing how is always in trouble with the law, he had to know that any lawyer would have been happy to take his case.

Bobby did what Bobby wanted to do and now that his Video Whore is not going to share her ill gotten goods he is SOS!

138. As a divorcee myself, I can understand a father wanting to see his daughter. In our family, we have joint custody, with me (the mom) having legal permanent physical custody. We both felt this was best for our child, no matter how we felt about each other. A child needs to see his/her father. However, his actions have spoken louder than his words, in my opinion. He has obviously found himself broke and without a home, therefore, even partial custody could entitle him to spousal support and child support. Where has he been thus far in his daughter's life? He has chosen to make a reality show that exposed his daughter to America, that in itself is irresponsible behavior. This looser needs to get off the couch and get a real job to support himself and quit living on his wife's pursestrings.

140. With the child comes the money! If Bobby forgot to fight for custody because he was practically homeless and on the street as he said, then someone has advised him that, if he gets partial custody, he will have to also be paid by Whitney in order to have his daughter continue to live in the style she is accustomed to, therefore, he will also benefit from that "style" all because of the child! It's the oldest legal trick in the book to get money from the other parent to really support you, not the kid!

145. Bobby Brown needs to get lost, leave Whitney alone --she is trying to get her life and her daughter's life back on track. Bobby you were lucky to have Whitney in your life for the time that you did(which you surely helped make a mess of), it is over, move on, try and have the best relationship possible with your daughter and take action to take care of your other children before your rear end is sent up the river for a very long time. Take the time to pray and leave Whitney and Bobbie alone, matter of fact leave the whole family alone, Whitney's mother has been through enough and her FANS are sick and tired of you too. 146. Bobby just said he had little to take of himself, so how is he going to sue to for custody. Any judge in there right mind would not award him custody of his daughter. He should on;y be awarded visitation rights and be happy with that. Get your life straight first Bobby before you try and take of someone eles. I really don't see how Whitney lasted this long. I say it's about time she woke up and moved on. KUDOS for Whitney & Bobbie Kristina.

148. All I have to say about him having very little money to live on and then is looking to try and raise a child that he cant support? He cant support the other kids he has. This is just a sickning case!
