17. You've got to be kidding, right? From what I understand Whitney started having drug problems after she met Bobby. I was wondering how long it would take for her to wake up and smell the flowers. Bobby, you said it, you have no money and you are homeless. How can you ask for custody is your daughter if you can't even take care of yourself? I don't think is about having your daughter. I think is about getting all the money you can of what is left from Whitney. At least Whitney is trying to better her life. Bobby will always be Bobby and he is a has been. Get a life Bobby!

18. HE IS CRAZY! The only reason he wants custody is so that Whitney has to pay him child support. Remember, he's Broke! After they split up, he had no money and no place to go, so he moved in with his girlfriend, but I guess, she got sick of him also.

20. Witney was great until she married Bobby Brown. then the drugs took her over. at least she got clean, Bobby dont know what clean is. she deserves to have those children more than he does. hes ghetto to the bone, and seems to be proud of it. and has no job what so ever.
Whitney will come back, she has the brains for it, and the voice. Bobby was just useing her.
i dont see a bright future for those children if they stay with him. i see children growing up messed up because of him. what a looser he is, and always was.

25. She did allow him to get her on drugs & ruined her career. Bobby, shouldn't have custody as he's too screwed up & I do think he's thinking of the child support he could get from Whitney. He would spend the money on drugs, most likey.

This is pretty simple folks.....In California when there is a joint custody ruling, if one of the parents makes a considerable amount less then the other the court will issue child support to that parent. Now in this case Bobby Brown has no life and no career so who will have to pay child support to whom? Whitney will! See he can't pay child support for his other kids and he sees this as an easy way out of having to pay for another. Period.

27. Even after she has officially divorced him, he is still a leach, a broke leach now. Bobbi is better off with her CLEAN mother Whitney. Bobby Brown is not stable person, both mentally and financially and is not fit to have custody of Bobbi K. Yes Whitney hit a low in her life, but she has turned her life around and I am so happy for her, I can't wait for her album. WE LOVE YOU NIPPY!

28. #29: You got it....not to mention the fact that all he had to do was file an answer to her pleading and then go tell him to the judge (what he was going to tell the judge that would have mattered is beyond me LOL, but nevertheless). But no, instead he waits MONTHS, and then says, "Oh wait, I was screwed up then. That shouldn't count. Hey, can I talk to you now about this?"
