Anna Nicole Smith's Will Officially Filed

TMZ has obtained the official copy of Anna Nicole Smith's will, filed moments ago by Howard K. Stern.

The petition to probate Anna's will was filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court. It is the same will that was discussed during the contentious Florida court hearings. The will doesn't name Larry Birkhead as a beneficiary, but the petition to probate lists him as a party with an interest in Anna's estate.

TMZ got in touch with Ron Rale, one of the named executors, who confirmed that Birkhead has filed a petition to become the guardian of Dannielynn's estate. Of course, you recall, a DNA test confirmed that Birkhead is Dannielynn's daddy. Rale added, "Contrary to any speculation, there is no way in the world that there is any petition to name Larry as a beneficiary of the estate in his individual capacity."

Rale also noted that in the petition, Stern waived any right to compensation as executor.

In the will, Anna is listed to have had personal property valued at $10,000 and real property valued at $1.8 million when she died; however, she still had a $1.1 million mortgage.

As far as PROOF goes ,Howard sure is afraid to let the inquest go on ! Maybe he's afraid his involvement will be PROVEN !!

BTW ,the DELAY in the inquest isn't a theory ,it's a FACT!!!!

25683. Tasma Brighthaupt is a sad woman desperately trying to seek vengeance for the fact Big Moe was Anna's friend, I can understand Taz' jealousy, but this is going too far. Accusing people of murder is a serious matter, especially in print. I hope she is ready to face the music for her ill-spoken words.

25684. INQUEST UPDATE 07-17-07

The judge in the inquest into Daniel's death has been removed for doing an interview for the press. I presume this would be the interview with Greta where they discussed, in general, how inquests are done in the Bahamas but did not talk about the case before him.

So it appears the case may be put off, once again. However, it also appears that it will be left up to the discretion of the newly appointed judge how an impartial jury may be selected, including the allowance or disallowance of a questionaire.

It sounds like while a new jury will be selected under a new judge, it is only up to the judge to assure that the members are not biased. It also mentions that a new coroner should be selected in the case. So, it looks like more delays.

I hope Stern gets an old school judge who doesn't allow any changes to previous court procedure in the selection of jurors.

You weren't there. I always laugh when I read you when you say something is "sad". You don't know the meaning of the word sad, since you don't really care about the deaths of Anna and Daniel, which you make increasingly clear. What you love is that Howard, who leeched off his parents for years, now has money, and you don't care how he got it.

It sounds ridiculous for you to say Taz was jealous of Moe's working for Anna, and for you to make such accusations and to accuse her of lying is pure slander and off the wall. Taz isn't jealous, but she didn't appreciate being set up. What was in that package delivered to her house? Taz made wise statements, and she isn't the one who is going to face the music. We all know who is, and it isn't Taz. I admire and respect Taz.

My take on the lack of posts is that there are no comments because there is nothing going on. Those who continue to post, repeat the same baloney about their brilliant ideas on what "actually" happened; feeling degected for being ignored, they move on to other sites that are ripe with those who were "present" and know exactly what happened!
