32. First of all, the probate court has to decide if that will is even going to be allowed. It may not be allowed and may be moot because Daniel is dead and that is who she left everything in her will to. It has to be filed before the probate court can consider whether it is to be allowed. If the will is not allowed, then Anna has died Intestate. Meaning that everything is left to her daughter, Danny Lynn, and Larry could be named executor, but he would have to hire an attorney to help him. BUT IT LOOKS LIKE ANNA ESTATE AND DANNYLYNN WILL BE LEFT WITH NOTHING. NOW ALL OF HER BILL COLLECTORS AND PEOPLE WHO HAVE FILED CHARGES (ARE SUING HER) AND TRIMSPA CAN COME FORWARD AND REQUEST WHAT SHE OWED THEM. HER LEGAL BILLS MUST BE PAID FIRST. SO IT LOOKS LIKE THERE IS NOTHING LEFT FOR DANNY LYNN. ZILT. AND THE ESTATE COULD BE IN PROBATE FOR A VERY, VERY LONG TIME. LOOK AT MARSHALL'S PROBATE ESTATE! Howard sold all of the videos, etc., and then there will be a book, a lot of books by others too. And now Howard has much more money than Anna had. Or than little Danny Lynn will ever have.

Can someone in CA, tell us if this is now a court document, since it's been filed, or it there more too it than that? I assume there will be a hearing before a probate judge, sometime?

35. You people don't honestly think a judge will rule for Stern in this do you? How ironic too that all of this has been put in probate AFTER the fact-Anna is dead. That so called will was null and void, no one can be made executor after a person has died. Stern is out for money and that is it but funny there is NO money right now. The wife of Marshall's son has taken over for him, they have vowed to fight till the end. Anna got enough out of him-over 6 mill in cash, gifts, houses, what the hell more did she want. She used people all the time and she used the old man to get what she wanted and too bad for her it is backfiring in her face and too bad for all the legal people involved who only seen $$$ signs will probably never see any money either. I hope it is never....Anyone had the chance to read Donna Hogan's book 'Train Wreck'? It is really good. Anna was a real piece of work. Thank God she will not be raising Dannielynn.

36. the will was written in 2001...Anna wasn't under duress when the will was originally written...Howard said under oath that he would resend all Executor fees...he never said he wouldn't be the Executor of the estate...big difference! Great, I'm glad Howard is moving forward with business....Anna wanted him to be the Executor and he should be IMO....

37. Now you can see that there is NOT much money. THEREFORE, neither Larry nor Howard was ever in this for the money!

The little bit there is will go to a trust fund for Dannielynn. We can only hope that VIRGIE does not cause trouble.

And IF there is ever any Marshall money, that will be put in Dannielynn's trust fund, too.
