Hilton's Shrink: Paris is a Wreck

Paris Hilton's delicate state of mind is keeping her out of the courtroom ... for now.

According to a declaration filed by Dr. Charles Sophy, a psychiatrist who has seen Paris "off and on" over the last six months, Hilton is "not capable of any meaningful participation" in a civil trial brought against her by diamond heiress Zeta Graff. In a $10 million lawsuit filed in 2005, Graff claims that Hilton spread "vicious lies" about her that were printed in the New York Post.

Paris' shrink claims that Hilton is "emotionally distraught and traumatized" from the May 4 hearing where she was sentenced to 45 days in jail for breaking probation in her DUI bust, and asked a judge to allow her sufficient time to recover. In the document, the head-doc goes on to explain that Hilton "Cannot effectively respond to examination as a witness or provide any significant input into her defense." In fact, Sophy claims that forcing Paris to participate on May 21 would "exacerbate her current mental condition." The horror!

As a result, the judge has postponed the trial date until August 22.

Calls to Hilton's rep were not immediately returned.

This girl is pethatic, she is overheard making "fun" and being rude to people constantly, and then when she has to face court rooms, all of a sudden she is a "wreck", she has been a "wreck" for a long time! It is called "spoilt" rotten, and never taught to be decent to people! She has been raised with a "silver spoon" in her mouth, and she doesn't care what people think! It would be nice if people could just ignore her, and quit giving her so much "air time" and play! I just wished she would go away, she does nothing for any causes, she is only about going "shopping" and partying every night! The girl has no substance to her at all!

71. WAAA WAAA WAAA.. and BOOO WHO...............what a " drama queen ". She doesn't have a clue what a " hardship " is. Who the hell does she think she's trying to fool ? She insults all of our intelligence. Just do the TIME for the CRIME. WTF ???

Than when she's done with that she can go back to court and answer to the other law suit that s being filed against her. She just doesn't learn. She must have a learning disability. I've never seen such a gross display of " DUMBNESS " as she demonstrates.

If the only way she can learn a lesson is by taking her $$ .....than so be it. A $10,000 fine for drunk driving. And a pending million dollar law suit. She might want to consider gettting her tongue cut off. It seems to be getting her in a lot of trouble. LOL.

73. As a Mother, I feel that this little brat's mother and father should also have to do some 'time" for contributing to thier daughters behavior. Mommy and Daddy Hilton created, encouraged, enabled this little worthless twit by not teaching her values of any kind other than worship money and herself. She is a SUPER Train wreck waiting to happen thanks to the way she was raised. She should have to do the ENTIRE 45 DAYS in jail, be scared to death and maybe then she might get a real dose of reality and wake the hell up and do something positive in life besides screwing every guy in her path. 75. This woman is such a waste of time. Her parents thought her porn tape was no big deal. Paris feeds info to columnists so they write only good things about her but bad things about her "competition". She is a spoiled, manipulative moron. I hope she has to clean up the jail. She got rich from inheritance and luck.
