Hilton's Shrink: Paris is a Wreck

Paris Hilton's delicate state of mind is keeping her out of the courtroom ... for now.

According to a declaration filed by Dr. Charles Sophy, a psychiatrist who has seen Paris "off and on" over the last six months, Hilton is "not capable of any meaningful participation" in a civil trial brought against her by diamond heiress Zeta Graff. In a $10 million lawsuit filed in 2005, Graff claims that Hilton spread "vicious lies" about her that were printed in the New York Post.

Paris' shrink claims that Hilton is "emotionally distraught and traumatized" from the May 4 hearing where she was sentenced to 45 days in jail for breaking probation in her DUI bust, and asked a judge to allow her sufficient time to recover. In the document, the head-doc goes on to explain that Hilton "Cannot effectively respond to examination as a witness or provide any significant input into her defense." In fact, Sophy claims that forcing Paris to participate on May 21 would "exacerbate her current mental condition." The horror!

As a result, the judge has postponed the trial date until August 22.

Calls to Hilton's rep were not immediately returned.

99. I can't believe how fake she is. This little nun act is so blatantly transparent, it's beyond ridoculous! I followed that link to the pics of her with the oversized card for her dad...she looks like she's doing her best impersonation of a fourth-grader. She is SO out of touch with reality, everything she does comes off like a cheap sitcom or a skit from SNL - in other words, blatantly, talentlessly, clearly 100% contrived and FAKE, FAKE, FAKE!! Is there even a real person under there? She comes across as being so emotionally stunted, immature and irresponsible, doesn't she realize she's closer to 30 than she is to 20, she'd better open her eyes and see that the rest of us aren't a bunch of idiots to be fooled by a costume change and a hairband. Jeezus, she looks like she's dressed to go to a costume party as Heidi the little Alps girl. I'm gonna be sick.

101. Does this shrink really think anyone would buy this crap? Paris did this ALL to herself----everything. Her mother raised her to believe she was special, rules didn't apply to the Hiltons, and now they are facing the fact that rules do apply to the little princess. Just do your time, princess.

The only thing Parisite hasn't done YET is threaten suicide. These people are so manipulative in their ME ME ME syndrome, that their ace in the hole for getting people to do what they want is to threaten suicide.

Any guesses on how long it is before some shrink says that she's suicidal (and therefore cannot go to jail or attend trials, or whatever?)

My guess is within one week from today now that the 'on and off again' shrink is getting big bux to help that skank avoid accepting any sort of responsibility.

105. Hey cc Paris's eyes are brown. She wears blue contacts, and if you notice her droopy left eye, it is due to the damage from the contact. Her doctor told her this would happen--again stupidity and conceit reign.
