Boxing champ Floyd Mayweather Jr. -- one week removed from beating Oscar de la Hoya in Las Vegas -- decided to pay back his fans the best way he knows how ... with cold hard cash!

Our friends at SpyOnVegas.com caught "Pretty Boy" at Body English inside the Hard Rock, where the champ threw $1,000 in cash on the crowd.
