62. She is a gorgeous woman! For all you haters who dis her for having no curves are completely crazy! Beautiful women come in all shapes and sizes. I saw her on Ellen today and she seems like a really fun person and she looked as beautiful as ever.

And not everyone was born with the good skin genes. Most every woman looks better with makeup. Except for Halle Berry, of course. She could not take a bath for a week and still be beautiful.

63. I agree with some of the comments above. She doesn't have the best skin, and really dark hair on a fair complexion does give that aged and ruddy look. Sometimes I think she looks a little dorky when she smiles, but she does have very pretty eyes and seems very bubbly and fun.

65. Ugly skin, Ugly skinny body, ugly joker smile, ugly thin hair, ugly laugh, ugly blue eyes! She's better than a fat chick but overall Cameron Diaz is ugly. Terry Hatcher made the top 100 last year and I read she was around number 10. So those lists dont mean anything. They actually put any lady that is famous up there.

Of course she looks good on the red carpets, but wouldn't most of us be beautiful if we had millions of dollars, the finest homes, designers clammoring to put us into thier clothes, personal trainers, chefs and masseuses as well as a full hair and makeup team? Not to mention if those things don't work, there is a person with a handy-dandy airbrush there to make any blemish all better.
