Paris' Mom to Babwa -- Learn from Paris!

Paris Hilton's mother Kathy took to the airwaves -- speaking through the oracle that is Barbara Walters on this morning's "The View" -- urging "young people who look up" to Paris to "learn" from her DUI arrest and impending imprisonment.

Babwa, friends with Kathy and husband "Ricky" for years, said she spoke to Mama Hilton yesterday, and read a brief statement from the convicted socialite's mom. "We can only hope that something positive will come out of this," said Walters for Kathy. "Hopefully the young people who look up to people like Paris can learn from this." Not to mention her videos.

Guest co-host, "D-lister" Kathy Griffin shot back at Babwa and the Hiltons, "If the 'Free Paris' T-shirts were more popular, she'd be singing a different tune."

77. i want to say paris show was intertaining that what it was a show. driving drunk is real life and that is a different story. any parents who come to court late is ignorant. they should have got there daughter there sooner or they should have stayed home. paris was probably upset and needed there help to get there they should have done bvetter. i can see why they arent in the hotel business. babs should retire . everyone is tired of seeing her. she is old out of date and acts desperate.

78. Paris has been pulling crap for years with her parents support. If they really cared about Paris, and her life, they would have kicked her out and cut the money off long ago. Tough love is love. Enabling your child to do crap is hateful neglect. Kathy showed how little she loves Paris, when she yelled at the court for daring to hold Paris accountable for her actions. Kathy treating her daughter like a princess has destroyed Paris.

Barbara has become extremely wealthy through her career. Her mixing with other uber rich is something she's known for. She started in the news business, but her wealthy connections have corrupted the objectivity she used to have. Her support of Kathy Hilton shows she's lost touch with reality and common sense.

79. I went to ABC.com and complained about The View, and how disappointed I was
with Babwa supporting Kathy Hilton. Go to ABC.com and go to the bottom of their
page and click on "Contact Us"

Does Babwa think that the public is stupid? We already know what Kathy Hilton's
gut response was...yelling in court about how this was unfair to her daughter.
I lost respect for Babwa today.

80. Anytime I hear comments coming from Kathy Hilton, I get really annoyed. This woman is the worst parent I've ever heard of. Here's a run down of wht a crappy parent she is (based on her daughter's actions).

1) Kathy hilton is not american royalty; she was not born rich.

2) She meets Rick Hilton at a party, finds out he's supposedly rich and grabs onto him. They marry.

3) Rick Hilton is basically cut out of all major Hilton businesses & inheritences; he's given money to live on but has no access to the real family wealth. Once can only assume it could be due to Kathy Hilton's possible money grubbing ways.

4) They have 2 daughters. Their kids "grow up" with nannies & boarding schools; their mom is absentee at best, due to her "heavy social schedule". Despite being separated from the true hilton forturne, Kathy hilton promotes her daughter as an "inheritor of the hilton fortune".

5) Paris drops out of high school without graduating. She is given a "perfume line" by mommy, to give her money to live on.

6) Paris develops into a party girl, who makes her living by earning attendance fees by showing up to the newest nightclub or social event; this is based on her famous last name.

7) Paris develops a very loose sexual reputation. She is known for hooking up with multiple men at parties, for trying to steal other girls boyfriends, and for doing porno films (2 released so far). Her honesty is questioned, due to her claim that no sex tapes were ever made, then that "they weren't meant to be released". Money from the sale of the tapes is traced to her bank accounts.

8) Paris supposedly is given a $500,000 necklace by a society jeweler to wear at a party, for that night only, and keeps it, saying it was a "gift". The jeweler supposedly sues her to enforce the return of it.

9) Paris drives drunk, and is given a slap on the wrist (probation, fine, alcohol treatment, suspension of driving privileges". She doesn't register for alcohol treatment, and continues to drive.

10) Paris is pulled over while on driving suspension, and has to sign a document acknowledging that her driving priviliges were suspended, and she can't drive.

11) Paris is pulled over again, due to speeding with her lights off. She is charged with her violations, blaming it first on her publicist ("it's his fault I didn't know my license was suspended"), then that she doesn't read, then because she's so busy that "others do this stuff for me". She's sentenced to jail, and rails against the court, saying her sentence was "unfair and not justified".

12) She arrogantly puts together a petition she hopes to send to the Governor, to commute her sentence (mis-spelling the word "sign" as "sihn"). The idea of the petition is laughed out of the governors office, who say the governor "gets involved in only the most serious situations".

13) She tries to rally her "supporters" by staging a demonstration; only 3 people show up, and are confused as to who they're trying to support (does this mean they were paid to show up?).

14) She hires a new attorney, who now issues a communique saying paris has changed her mind and is "now ready to accept the consequences of her actions"

IMO, Kathy hilton is an example of a money grubbing, social climbing bonehead who couldn't crack into the social strata she craved, and is now trying to live vicariously through her daughters exploits. Since her daughter has acted so poorly, she's trying to distance herself from her own daughter (who she created because of her lack of parenting skills), instead of trying to help her. What a disgusting woman; how PATHETIC...

81. The only thing keeping Paris Hilton in the news is the media. They are probably being paid to write stories and publish photos of this train wreck. Do you really think she would be famous for any other reason? What talent does she possess? What one positive thing has she done that would earn her the attention that she gets? I can't think of one. Therefore, we should just stop encouraging the media to continue to plaster her rather misshapen face all over the Internet and the news. Stop responding and they will stop reporting. Simple.

I suspect you are an 11 year old little boy, who's snuck onto your mommy's computer when she wasn't looking. So, since you haven't developed social skills yet, let me lay it out for you. If you want to post here, fine. However, there's no need to continually post the same 4 block long thing 10 times in the same blog. People read it the first time; when you post it multiple times it's very annoying to everyone else, so try to show some manners. Also, you may want to talk with mommy or your schools guidance counselor, as it appears you have anger management issues. Now, get off mommy's computer, go do your homework & quit playing with yourself...

85. .... come on now TMZ'ers..... Babwa wawa was just testing the waters,- Paris is being groomed by her to take Rosie's place on "The View"........ she thinks thats the ratings boost they will need next season.
Now, as for Jon who said he would forgive Paris even if she drove drunk over his 2 year old son,- PLEEZ...... forget the baby and toss your sorry sick under her tires instead,...maybe you can get her sentance upped to Life without parole.......

86. Learn how to be a disease carrying slut from paris hilton. Learn how not to be smarter than a 5th grader and that is too much credit I am giving her. I hope my kids and other do learn from her. She is the best example to be the complete opposite of. I'm glad my parents knew how to be parents and raise us with common sense and how to respect ourselves.
