Charges Filed Against Jesse James' Alleged Attacker

The woman accused of trying to run over Sandra Bullock's motorcycle mogul hubby, Jesse James, is now facing two felony counts. Buckle up!

Moments ago, 56-year-old Marcia Valentine was charged with one count of aggravated assault and one count of felony stalking after she showed up to the famous couple's OC home on April 22 and allegedly tried to run James over with her silver Mercedes.

As TMZ first reported, Bullock, along with James' 10-year-old child, looked on in horror as Valentine allegedly carried out the attack. James told police that Valentine laid down in his driveway for several minutes before unleashing a barrage of obscenities and attempting to turn him into a human speed bump. Jesse was not struck by the car during the incident. Valentine was arrested by Orange County Sheriffs the following day and released on $25,000 bail.

If convicted on both counts, Valentine faces a maximum sentence of four years and eight months in prison.

Valentine is due back in court next week.

16. To: Those that have lost respect for Jesse.
1. I'm thinking the relationship between Jesse & Sandra on a "equal" foundation.
2. The nut case has reportedly given "Sandra" problems before, not Jesse. perhaps prior to their meeting?.
3. I highly doubt Sandra is the type to go back to the kitchen and let her man take care of the manly mess lmao. This to me does not diminish Jesses musicality but enhances his security.
4.Do you think someone like Jesse would anounce his own plans to deal with it? Would his true friends?

18. I applaud Sandra for taking a stand against those that stomp on her and or her families peace. It is "possibly" something she felt she brought into the relationship and she is trying to take it out the way we are suppose to. Hopefully it works. I'd sure have a back up plan in case.

I just saw a new item that said a new comedy sereis due out this fall starring those insurance commercial cavemen will be ok because " it's safe & cant offend anyone".

24. sandra Bullock is one of the few and rare celebs whgo are not out here telli ng th epublic what todo(Tom Cruise), putting their life up as wholesome(most country music entertainers who are mostly phony), or acting crazy like too many to mention. She lives a quiet life. The girl even lived i n Austin ,TX for many years. AUSTIN, TEXAS!!!!

27. Sandra is a decent person in my book, not one of the trashy celebs that are usually featured prominently on TMZ.

The woman has been stalking Sandra NOT Jesse. This definitely was not a publicity stunt.

I still haven't heard what the history is between this scary nutcase and Sandra. Anyone know the dirt?

I hope S and J are well rid of her. The creature does look like a Manson follower.

30. Well no new scoops on the Sandra stalker. One would think reporters would be all over her, running plates on that BMW, combing files. I guess Brittney's new weave has them busy.
