Jacko Folds, Won't Stop $50 Million Auction

He stopped. He got enough.

Michael Jackson will no longer fight to keep $50 million worth of his personal stuff off the auction block, telling a Las Vegas judge that he's worked out a confidential agreement with the people looking to sell his personal items.

Reps from an auction company called Universal Express claim they rightfully purchased numerous items from Jacko's former business partner last year. The business partner claims he got the items after a Jackson-related venture declared bankruptcy.

Earlier this week, Jackson filed a preliminary injunction to block the auction, claiming that the items were personal property. In the court documents, Jackson sought unspecified punitive damages.

There are said to be more than 20,000 items in the cache, reportedly including Jackson 5 family costumes, sunglasses, hats and handwritten lyrics. One report even claims that the collection includes sex toys and nude paintings of children as well.

32. #30-Taniqua, so what Michael Jackson is going to tell you that he just love kids for their minds. Michael, can sell any lie he wants the problem he has is the majority is buying it. He's a freak and a child toucher, but because he can sing we should just forget that? There are probably very talented child touchers out there should we just overlook terrible habits too?!!!!!!

33. his weird addictions have caught up with him. No one told him to be so eccentric and waist all that money. His problem is that dude tripped and became so full of himself and no one jumped in to save him and bring him down from that high because he was the main bread winner for an entire tribe - no even his own parents.

from this point on will be highly interesting.

36. Whatever Mike does is his (and anyone else envolved) business. He was found innocent, but will suffer the consequences for hanging out with little boys and allowing himself to be put in the position he's in. Like Mike says "just stop dogging me around...hee-hee........oooooooooooooooow!" Besides, I am sure each of us have our own issues to resolve. Let's focus on us, People! I truly think that if he had remained Black and did not hook up with "trash" he would have been much bettter off and we all would have been a little more easy on him. "Trash" will pretend to be a friend and once you get comfortable with them...they willgo right for the juggler....(that's if we don't keep our guards up) I am not saying that he hasn't "touched any kids". Those kid's parents are the ones to blame. The schools even have a "good touch, bad touch program" to teach our kids how to recognize the signs of "sick" people and who to report it to the FIRST TIME it happens. This is what could happen when parents do not take tithe time to raise their children properly....always looking for child care so that they could do their OWN thing. They when something bad happens, they want to sue! Was that the plan?! Mike is not a big dude so those kids should have been able to kick his *** IF they did not like Mike's "behavior". My son is 13.5 yrs old. He plays sports and knows karate. I made sure he learned because one never knows when someone will try to take advantage of them. Those parents should have taught their children better. Maybe Mike was set up. Who knows? Again, he was not found gulty. Let' hope MJ has learned a lesson. His sister Latoya's skin is light, too....I haven't heard anyone say SHE has a skin disease. Let's pray for Mike (and for each other!) He needs our prayers instead of gossip. Peace People.
